Well said on all points. Sweet shit Sir, the way we were smacking the other night ... who'd a thunk it? Seemed less likely than Wellington and Napoleon splitting a plate of nachos. You know...your last few sentences really hit a spot...as rip-s as some may be at him- you don't want anything to happen to him or family. In my recently humbled opinion, no way in hell you get to where he was in a tier one level unit with out some solid gray matter- I have no doubts he is well bunkered up. Appreciate the gesture, I try like hell to mix the vices in with some virtue. I knew Matt2 (thanks buddy! {-grin-} ) needed some target practice for the shooters and chum for the swimmers. To me bottom line at the end of the day is this: we love our country even though we may have different views on how to best preserve Her.

I stand corrected...the fellas are walking their talk and holding their line in what seems to be a very genuine way. They are doing a good thing here for sure. [currently, I am broiling up a crow for my sandwich which will be smeared with the dookage of my own presuppositions]
I am sincerely not trying to take cheap shots or build any rep anywhere. I cranked off because of how I was feeling about the video and my own perceptions thereof. I'm nobody and I am not trying to be. I am actually all over the place with various issues (foreign and domestic) and I unabashedly admit that with some I am tree hugging liberal ass hippie; but with others such as terrorism and duty and code to the office of the CIC, I fall to the neck wrenching right of things. If the group goes after FOX news for releasing his name as a potential breach to the personal security of this guys family and other team members.... then you will find me riding public transportation in a major city wearing a pink tutu riding a unicorn stick like I lost a bet. OK, gotta go, dinners ready!

So Sir, according to this line of thinking... its OK for former operators to partake in making this hack shit propaganda video attacking/accusing a sitting President during wartime for "spiking the football" and all the blah blah rhetoric just to get this "story" out there?... yeah that's tight. Did Reagan and his administration end the cold war themselves?....obviously not but that didn't stop him from standing in front of the Berlin wall demanding it be torn down in full posture mode. Humans often have a memory span shorter than a dogs and even shorter still with regard to loyalty. Case in point; maybe you Obama haters would rather he stuff a wool sock in the crotch of flight suit and "fly" a plane onto an active flight deck and announce what we all embarrassingly remember was proclaimed on the banner. Come on, lets try to frame this with a little more thoughtful and honest perspective, otherwise we just look like a bunch of chimps on iPads throwing feces....

..... lines are getting blurred here...politicians are politicians, operators are operators- these two very different roles are not integrated when serving at that level. If you want to be a politician, outstanding! run for office when you are get out. However there's no need to question my political orientation here; I am not the one on camera flapping my suck-hole in statements made directly to POTUS

Its true what you say sir...but we all want the "latest" instantly and we all know in spite of this guy breaking major code here we would read his book in one sitting. sorry for jumping in and late to the party but what about Valerie Plame and her being outed. Are these former SPEC OP groups that are going after the President going to go after FOX and the author of this book? If they don't doesn't it kind of show their hand?
