I use social media add ins on my blogs. I did put a widget at the end of the article so people who read it could share it easily on their FB pages or tweet them, etc. After writing my post, I always make sure that I will share it on my FB and Twitter so that it will have more exposure.

These companies are great help to entrepreneurs who are in need. As a new business owner, I have experienced downfalls and I know how hard it is. So if in time, I need to apply for a loan, I'd go to the said financial institutions.
I think, answering some other questions that are a bit unrelated on the business is OK. That will help you know a person, what's his personality, how he reacts and copes on things, and how he thinks. Let's say the 1st part of the interview is the about the business/job position part and the 2nd part is a bit about his personal experiences. That will do. :-)
