I'm obsessed with my sleep because I am struggling how to sleep less. If I get less than 9 hours, I feel queasy. If I get less than 8 hours, I feel downright sick and if I get less than 7, I'll even vomit! The symptoms usually only last for the first hour of waking but they suck. As a student, I would like to train myself to sleep less. I'm going to try out the tips in this article! Thx!
