Still Pirates, maybe not a bad move, depending on whether Lincoln is a starter or reliever. If he's a starter, I don't think I'm a fan of the deal. But Snider is nice.

Because somehow that was apparently a possibility. Not a rip on Crasnick- it's wild that prices are so nuts that he had to go out and confirm that the Braves aren't giving up their future for Paul Maholm and a bench piece

If Giants get Pence, I am hoping they give up Belt other prospects. I don't want them to get Pence, but I'm all for seeing their GM make worse decisions than our GM.
If Phillies want Schoop for Blanton, what do you think they want for Victorino and Pence? It's like they just now realized, "Oh snap, we went all in and now we're a last place team? Hopefully the league will understand and help us out by completely replenishing our system in exchange for our marginal players." I hope the Giants give up the world for Pence.
