A smart judge would deny this addition and tell Apple to sue Google.
HTC also won't follow in Samsung's footsteps and have the number one selling smartphone.
How is it a high price? It's about standard for an unlocked device. People need to stop confusing the subsidized price that Google charges for Nexus devices with what a product costs at retail.
My favorite feature is HTC Zoe™ Mode. I played with the One for a while and I could see it being very handy for capturing special moment's in the life of my son.
Can someone please give HTC a clue?
T-Mobile vs. AT&T reminds me of HTC vs. Samsung; a lot of talk and attention grabbing stunts being pulled by the underdog but ultimately they fail to keep anyone's interest.
Samsung nailed it with both. And that's why they're winning the Android smartphone war. No other manufacturer is putting out infomercials that showcase the real utility/practicality of its product.
HTC makes a big deal about all of its announcements. This one leaves us exactly where we were before....without a clue as to what's next.
I hope this is sorted out by the time the Galaxy Note III arrives or I may have to reconsider it as my next phone. I play lots of games! My Note II had 9.99GB free when I got it.
Highly Troubled Company
This guy comes across as butt hurt at the fact that Windows Phone can't drum up the public interest that Android, BlackBerry and iOS are enjoying.
Since they can seemingly can't get the two colors that they are offering out the door, I would suggest that they put off any plans for any other colors!
This video is another example of why Samsung owns the Android smartphone market. Within minutes of introducing the S4 this was up. 4 minutes worth of video. HTC took almost a day to post 40 seconds!
Android being "open" has has nothing to do with what Google allows in the Play Store. Android as a platform is free to use and modify. The Play Store is a proprietary Google product much like the core Google Apps.
I'm starting a pool as to how long it'll take before this proves untrue.
Last time I checked, Apple doesn't manufacture any phones, it contracts Foxconn to make them.
Who cares who's to blame? The result is still the same no matter who it is: You Can't Buy A Nexus 4!
You could already choose ink color on the Verizon version. I wonder why that wasn't already an option for AT&T?
I just vomited a little in my mouth. Samsung is starting to overdue it.
It's becoming increasingly evident that Google is now copying the Apple Reality Distortion Field. The fact that a rep from Google would go on record as saying that LG is responsible for the mess that has been the Nexus 4 launch is hi-la-ri-ous! Lets be honest here, the issue has been that Google's website has crashed and burned each time the phone has gone up for sale. And if they know that they don't have enough phones they should just do pre-orders instead of having people go through the process only to be told there will be an X number of week delay. The blame here is squarely on Google. Tossing LG under the bus has cost them a bit of my respect.
