iLifeTouch has built this for IOS already should go live either today or later this week if Apple approves the app. This  Fold to Unlock  is a universal   App for iPad and iPhone and you don't need to be jailbrocken to download the app.  Coming to an IOS device near you shortly.   Fold To Unlock was submitted in the Utilities section of the App Store.
