Like the man out in Texas where a jury convicted him of murder, rejecting his stand your ground claim. He recorded  an altercation with a neighbor. In the video, Rodriguez can be heard talking to a 911 operator, saying, "I'm running the video camera right now and I'm talking to you and I mean, I'm scared to death here." "It's about to get out of hand sir, please help me. Please help me, my life is in danger now "Now, I'm standing my ground here. Now, these people are going to try and kill me."

It was obvious the man was provoking his neighbors and saying things that he thought would legally protect him. He confronted his unarmed neighbors with a gun over their loud party. The point is don't put it past people including Zimmerman to set themselves up to look like they had no other choice.

Assault and battery on an officer, domestic violence, fired for being to aggressive and hostile, complaints from neighbors about tactics. Those are just youthful and minor situations? Oy vey!

@patti is ticked  @VickisSmith  Reading comprehension I said "Yet you react with all the class and elegance of a methed out trailer park queen." So it doesn't matter if you have never been in a trailer. The way you conduct yourself is the way 'methed out  trailer park queens' conduct themselves. Sort of like how ghetto trashy people don't always reside in the ghetto. The fact is you overreacted with hostile language to a particular post that was entirely innocent and based on a conversation that didn't even involve you. I thought your little grouped prided itself on having all the facts and being objective?

@patti is ticked  @VickisSmith  LMAO, you flipped out on her calling her an unnecessary name because you didn't know what the hell was going on. She wasn't "cutting on FL'' She was making a trivial reference to A CONVERSATION EARLIER THAT WAS BETWEEN ME AND HER. Yet you react with all the class and elegance of a methed out trailer park queen. I'm 23 and more mature than you who have 20-30 years on me.

@patti is ticked  @VickisSmith  You need to chill the hell out. She's not cutting on Florida. She's made an mis-identification reference to my birthplace and hometown, Boca Raton, which literally means Mouth of the Mouse but in Spanish not French.

Reading comprehension fail. I specifically said I don't care whether Zimmerman is convicted or not or whether Martin's family is in it for check. I didn't say anything about not caring enough to comment on the case in general.

@patti is ticked  @Paul Hue  Yes, patti is ticked, holding up an armed robber during a bank robbery and holding an intruder is exactly the same as holding up law abiding home owners on their own property at gunpoint for changing their locks. Yep, just the same.

@DanteHicks  @realitycheck  @Paul Hue  I don't care either way. I don't care if Zimmerman is convicted or not or if the family only wants a check. It has no affect on my life.

@realitycheck@DanteHicks@Paul Hue  Just throwing this out there the Florida Senator (Durell Peadon) who sponsered the Stand Your Ground legislation is quoted saying ""He has no protection under my law,"  Peaden told the Miami Herald. "When he said 'I'm following him,' he lost his defense." Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who signed the "stand your ground" bill into law, said that he does not believe it applies to the Zimmerman case.

Zimmerman's case will likely go to trial.
