@Joedirte With the QB culture and the NFL trying to make defense illegal teams have lost all physicality. It's why teams like ATL and GB can win all the regular season games, but will rarely make it to or win a SB. They almost have to play in a dome for every playoff game, cause they are physically soft.
@Joedirte @dazambazova Agreed, it only happened cause of Brady, and because the if the Giants ran the ball half as effectively as they did in the playoffs they woulda been way higher than 31 or 32
@Joedirte @dazambazova That and the Giants ran the ball effectively in the playoffs. NE offense is so short pass oriented and Brady is special, I don't care what haters say. His ability to read a D, and his desire to do whatever it takes to win is different than 99% of players. That short pass game is pretty close to a running game. But I believe it's a big reason they can't close the deal, cause no matter how effective a short passing game is, it is inherently riskier and easier to stop than a physical beat down from an oline and power back. It's demoralizing to a team to get fed 4 yards a pop, it just breaks you.
@Joedirte Hard to win a SB without a running game. Even the years Brady and Manning have won it, they had a somewhat respectable running game. Hell even the Packers had to throw a running game together to get it done. Ball control will always be key, no matter how much the NFL changes the rules to run up the scores, unless they completely ruin the game.
@Joedirte Agreed, I was sick of hearing how ATL's LB's can't cover TE's. If you have 6 or 7 seconds their isn't a group of LB's in the NFL that could cover an athletic TE.
@Joedirte @RBB-LionsSuckDonkeyNuts Titus has received ALL of his guaranteed money, I'd retain his rights and ban him from the building and ruin his career. Don't get me wrong I dont hat the dude, do whatever you want. But if I'm the Lions front office I need to prove that players don't get to hold me hostage and get whatever they want.

@GreenAndGold 80 I said it last year all season Newton sucks. Got a cannon and can be accurate, can't read a D to safe his life, and he doesn't wanna learn cause his legs always used to bail him out. Need to find a OC or QB coach who can get through to him, but it's unlikely that will happen.

@Childerz @dazambazova Cause I live above a bar, and we stayed there all night, then when it closed we thought it would be a good idea to bring the bartender home to drink...My girl and her are still passsed the f out. I'm to drunk to even sleep.
