@Cake or Death @Rowwdy They don't.
@annoyedbeyond @Rowwdy I trust that one-came from O'Mara, so it has at least been looked into. Heck I bet they called him. sarc
Interesting story http://t.co/dNangv1t
@Rowwdy @eclecticsandra Florida also requires all of thsat to make any changes on your driver's license AND Florida ID. They scan it all in their system so you don't have to bring it all the next time, but you will have to bring in something to show residency for renewal I believe.
@Aussie54 @AghastinFL @annoyedbeyond I caught it too Aussie because I have been diagnosed with it since my early teens. I also have bone spurs in my neck on the 3rd 4th and 5th vertebrae. I have problems sitting standing and turning my head. The doctor just told me last month NOT to drive as I have it in my hips and shoulders also. It is very painful and degenerative.
Who has a link to the bond hearing? I can't find mine.

@Paul Hue @eclecticsandra I agree with you Paul but someone elses yard can in no way be called a common area that just anyone can use.Going through the "cut through" was not an area Trayvon could use in ANY legitimate way as he was not even a guest at either of the houses on either side of the "cut through. GZ states he was in the middle of the yard when spotted. These can NOT be stated as common area for usage by TM.
@eclecticsandra In any community like that the lawns are not for all persons in the community to use. Someone walking on the sidewalk can't just go all the way or even halfway up a person lawn that he does not have permission to do from the person owning or renting the home. Even in a campground that is evident. I don't know about where you live but I know Florida Law says that if you rent or own regardless of where (even a campground) a certain portion is your responsibility unless differentiated by lease, but it is yours and not open to all others in the community or the public. IMO this is common sense-otherwise anyone would be able to come on YOUR property as THEY please. This is why there are laws saying you can defend yourself, another and your property. I think you say things that are deliberately obtuse and provocative at times. I hope this is the case-or else you ARE obtuse.
@ConcernedCitizen @BertDilbert @patti is ticked And what was everyone yelling about earlier? That as neighborhood watch he was NOT to say or do anything but just watch?? HELLO!
@Aussie54 @Txflybyknight @annoyedbeyond @realitycheck @Rowwdy seems he is back in the states now-and denying he answered Yancy "yes it was" . He erased it but many got screen shots including me. I just downloaded all of his tweets back to April in pdf form cause I never closed the page from when I was taking the screen shot.
@Txflybyknight @realitycheck That is a possibility. I never expect MOM to say anything of actual import in televised interviews. Haven't from the start after the first one because he didn't then-hasn't since. The only thing I look for from him is when he releases the evidence that he has received and reviewed from the prosecution. That is when I believe what is actually put out by the media so I can compare since I know the media always puts there own spin on it.
@realitycheck O'Mara never says anything on the case that makes you think he is a bulldog. He will never do what Crump & Co. does. He leaves it for the courtroom when he is on a case.
HA HA this is funny
Not sure if RT of Momisbuff's tweet showed up.https://twitter.com/momisbuff/status/217798061559263233 Mom is buff. Hmm... Like, uh, a female bodybuilder? Chery Brown?

@mattgutmanABC Isn't a reporter supposed 2 protect a source? Why would you divulge? & on Twitter? & to YANCY FAITH? Please explain, Matt.
@Txflybyknight @annoyedbeyond @Aussie54 @realitycheck @Rowwdy That would not be the treehouse but it would be a note that he is in the middle east right now-when all the new evidence of GZ's statements have come out with no story from him
@eclecticsandra @Rowwdy That may be possible depending on the union agreement-and what state rules they follow.
@annoyedbeyond @Rowwdy Cutcher and Selma are weak. Selma was barely home from a concert in Miami on the 26th. We wonder how sober she was??
@annoyedbeyond @Rowwdy She is pretty good though. Has come up with a lot of info on her own. And she doesn't mind asking the questions.
@Rowwdy It is as it says. This person asked Matt if Serino was the leaker and Matt said Yes.
@Aussie54 @Txflybyknight @ConcernedCitizen @annoyedbeyond Had to post because confirmed by Matt now.
@Txflybyknight @ConcernedCitizen @annoyedbeyond Matt Guttman just said Serino was the leaker for the Zimmerman case. Check out his timeline on twitter
Was #Serino the leaker?! #TrayvonMartin #Zimmerman@mattgutmanABC ?
Matt Gutman @mattgutmanABC
@YancyFaith yes he was.

@eclecticsandra @Aussie54 I don't do the CSM either-totally unreliable
@Paul Hue @eclecticsandra @Aussie54 works both ways-some do steal to feed families-usually minor but it happens
@eclecticsandra @Aussie54 CNN on right now saying the murder rate from last year up 35% from last year and we are only halfway through the year. HELLO.
@eclecticsandra @Aussie54 Sorry Sandra I have to disagree with you. The country IS more dangerous than 3 years ago. Why? Foreclosures are only 1 aspect. A lot more people are getting desperate due to the jobs situation. People with children to feed and cloth need money to do it, this can mean more break ins, muggins , deaths from desperation. You seem to me to be a smart person but the above statement lends me to believe you are extremely naive when it comes to the actuality of a recession -and IMO- a depression. People due strange things in desperation. IMO there are also a lot more people on some major drugs and we all know where that ends up don't we? Or do you also dispute that drug users in desperation for their drug don't commit crimes. As for the public transportation in your area maybe they don't bother you, but there are considerably more news coming out about the violence perpetrated on public transportation and in public places done just for the sake of doing it.
@Aussie54 I see yours Aussie @ 3362
guess we just can't see our own LOL
@Cake or Death Thanks Cake or Death. Mine aren't showing up to me either then. So Tx isn't the only one.
Showing Zero to me. I don't really care about them though.
Since I haven't posted here today I don't know if I still have my points. Guess I will see in a few minutes.
man dies after being punched 2x in face
@annoyedbeyond @eclecticsandra You are right but I had already taken that into consideration also, I just forgot to put it into my reasoning as I posted.

@eclecticsandra Thank You Sandra but I did do a little more research on the subject. She is supposedly a psychologist if I read correctly and I guess I would have thought that she would have at least a minimal amount of knowledge concerning this as it is not just a medical problem but a behavioral one. Many ADHD sufferers deal with the problems without meds or a combinations meds and behavior modifications. I would also have thought that she was at least moderately up to date on the literature considering the two are linked with crime. Psychology and ADHD and crime. She is supposed to be one of the top 50 in a field of 15000 experts. But since she had so many emotions as you and another said, in her blogs analysis and couldn't really follow through with even a rudimentary answer I had to discount, what she had to say.
@Ni123 Is what true? That Obama passed this? Yes absolutely
@eclecticsandra And how about his huge memory gaps. Some can be normally explained by the stressful situation, but the stress in an ADHD person can be exaggerated considerably. The "expert" does not address this at all and in her analysis it is supposedly all about the behavior as tells to lying. She mentioned several times about him stopping and then starting. In trying to reenact he is relying on the already faulty memory of a stressed person but doesn't address the complicity of ADHD. I think as she likes to say THAT is HUGE.
@djlivefyre Well I have my answer and it lends me the same opinion as the rest-NOT a real expert answering anyway, or writing I think. A real expert would have known about the forgetfulness of a true ADHD sufferer and how it would affect behavior.
Her answer---I am not sure that ADHD would affect an analysis. It shouldn't affect the truth. It might explain why Zimmerman could have acted on impulse and didn't think through things logically. That would be an excellent question for an M.D.
@djlivefyre I just left a few questions concerning what the differences in the behavior would be if someone had ADHD. Maybe she will answer them for me soon. I also asked her if she had anything else besides that one page connected to this case.
@eclecticsandra Actually I have seen quite a few minds being changed on twitter. Also people are forgetting the ADHD. He displays most of the symptoms of ADHD that needs to be reevaluated for his meds. Or he is not taking them properly. The stress makes it worse even when he is taking them properly. He seems to me to be trying very hard to remember exactly what happened and in the proper order but can't to me. I know from personal experience how hard it is to remember what happened and in exactly what order when trying to break up a fight between 2 larger than me inmates with only one other person to help. Both of us were smaller than the ones fighting. The other person had the only things we were allowed to use for physical restraint and HE forgot ALL about me when he got control of the one he was trying to control and walked off. It was in the dining hall and there were about 100 other inmates left in the dining hall with me and the one I had control(?) of. I didn't even have a way to call for help. A short while (as best I can remember) another person happened to come within sight and hearing and they assisted me after getting more help to finally get the one I had to where he needed to go. I then returned and then I got the after adrenaline shakes. I didn't realize until about 3 hours afterwards that I was sore in a few places from breaking up that fight. I also had problems recalling exactly what had happened, when in what order etc. The other officer had to help me remember a few things.
@Txflybyknight @Rowwdy @ConcernedCitizen sorry medically needed operation.
@Txflybyknight @Rowwdy @ConcernedCitizen I have seen it abused quite frequently though. In a closely personal case an investigator threatened to take a child of someone unless she confessed. She had just had a medically operation that sterilized her and she was on painkillers too at the time. The threat was made after the painkillers had already worn off (AFTER 12 hours). No food Nothing to drink, CAN we say serious INTERROGATION and IMO very wrong.
@Rowwdy @ConcernedCitizen It is actually standard procedure in a way. The police are allowed to do anything almost except beating a suspect to get a confession. Morally reprehensible IMO but legally acceptable.
@djlivefyre I suggested this long ago. I worked midnights for so long and I remember exactly how that sounds. And the frustration that came with doing it and getting no action no matter how many times I did it. LMBO
@Paul Hue @ConcernedCitizen @Ni123 Yep It's the fairy tale told by Tracy and remember by this interview Crump had already been contacted.
@djlivefyre another point I would like to make-What does Serino have against Zimmerman. Listen at this recording at 24:38 he sounds agitated and says what sounds like “you’re head of the HOMELESS… head of the whatever!”
Remember Sherman Ware?
Now here is my question. If Trayvon was known for taping himself where are those tapes and why weren't they used for a voice comparison? Or was this just a ruse by Serino to get GZ to tell something? IDK makes a person wonder though.
@Txflybyknight MO record at this time although it appears he was trying to set something up. I was wondering the same thing myself.
@Rowwdy hands are the hardest part of anatomy to draw.
Hands and noses
@Pooh Huffy just stopping by mostly-seeing too much of you so I go elsewhere.
@Rowwdy @Ni123 Seems like a lot of people agree though. I am watching hln Joan Velez Mitchell. Idiot s are calling in and she keeps saying talking code and crap -trying to be spy etc. They just seem to me to be people that are trying to keep their spirits up and people that are very surprised that there was that much support for him. Can't say as I blame them for being surprised because anyone that believed him or cared about standing up for the system or the right to live like anyone else while being investigated etc., were shouted or bullied down to oblivion. Kinda like what has been happening here lately. B-tards never let up with their idiocy.
@Pooh Huffy And you are just the type to do it.
@AghastinFL I agree. I looked at the payments and the payments look like maybe a little more than what a normal monthly payment for the most part. It isn't like they went out and spent it as fast as they got it, or even paid everything they owed off. They set up some money for the rest of the family to move and live off too since they were forced out of their homes and lives also.
