I like the Miller signing. Cheap hardworking consistency. You know what you're getting paying for him
@kristianDavid There must have been some issues with White we never heard about, either an attitude problem or a disagreement with the coaching staff. You don't go from a #2 or 3 guy to being benched all season. When he was healthy he was replaced by Lashoff in the regular season and for a game in the playoffs when we needed someone to step up. For them to turn away from him there must have been something going on.
@FisherDude I think Miller will stay. His play and dedication toward the end was insane. On the PK he ate up tons of minutes and didn't make the mistakes that some of other PKers did. Hes a hard worker who can get things done. And without Helm, as mentioned above, we need him.
@ThroatShot If he signs with us he can really learn a lot from Z. Z is strong on the puck and great at protecting it with his backhand. A strong Brunner who can hold the puck well is going to be dangerous.

Edzo and Pierre just feed off one another. I've heard more about how great the blackhawks are this series than I heard all season coming from Micky. Also it would be nice if Pierre would address the crowd and not his boy toy Edzo every-time he talks. "Hey Edzo, did you see how great Toews looks out there tonight?"

I hope Datsyuk embarreses some players tomorrow night, I hope Kronwall kronwalls someone, I hope Zetterburg outworks their entire team, I hope Brunner's big nose finds its way to the back of the net, and I hope Bertuzzi takes away their pingpong.
We got fined $250k for these comments. The NHL has stated that neither owners nor team officials are permitted to talk about the lockout. Maybe this is an attempt at damage control? Or to pretend like nothing is wrong?

We have the best pickpocket/deker in the league, a goalie with the fighting spirit we love, one of the hardest legal hitters, a badass Swede named Zetty the Grizzly Teddy, and a hardworking grinder who likes get breakaways while shorthanded. I'm excited for the season. LGRW
@tjmendiola I don't think a highly talented player like Semin enjoyed being referred to as "The other Alex." Datsyuk is a modest player and does not try to be the center of attention.

At least Nashville will be weaker next season, if they lose him.
I don't like Quincey, seems to find himself in the wrong positioning often; which in most cases leads to a good opportunity for the other team. That being said, I don't know who we'd get to replace him... Kindl? I doubt that would be an improvement. We are already short on d-man, but I don't want to pay this guy a lot of money. I'll put my faith in Kenny on this one.
