Hi @Dhara Mistry ! I thought it was an interesting fact and in some cases, you can use the fruit or vegetable leftover from making a jelly and turn it into a jam! Then there is almost nothing leftover in the process.
Red Pepper Jelly usually has some heat to it, but it depends on what you're preference is. Country Girl Cooks sells a mostly sweet Red Pepper Jelly, but it has some mild spiciness to it. I'm quite sure there are brands out there that would knock your socks off! I prefer to keep it low and mellow in spice so that you can taste the flavours. Hope that helps! :)
