Think I've set my half-marathon goal for the Denver Rock n' Roll half-marathon in September.

The selection of games on the website is pretty incredible. I found that I liked the handheld version simply because I could do it almost anywhere. I hope they eventually add some of the online games to the mobile version though.

Definitely understand not wanting to chow down first thing in the morning. I'm a huge fan of shakes because they are some convenient and you can make them half asleep while heading out the door. Thanks for the awesome tips on other ways to mix it. You can also try making pudding too with a little water added in.

@MatthewCool That can definitely help with building muscle. Often times, experts will suggest a slower digesting protein like casein before bed to slow muscle breakdown throughout the night.

@TheNerdyGymRat Definitely! I think the main idea is to avoid poor food choices late at night and try not to exceed your recommended caloric intake. If you have to eat at night, just make smart choices. Definitely has a lot to do with morning hunger as well.

I started sleeping more! It's hard to force myself to go to sleep earlier but it definitely leaves me energy to tackle the day.

Balega socks are my go-to for running. They're so comfortable and breathable. Unfortunately, they're also quite expensive for socks. I've shelled out $11-12 for a pair. They're totally worth it though!
