@THEIFAM GZ was assaulted and injured by a vicious, troubled young man. We can learn from this to always guide our children to succeed in school and to keep their hands to themselves.
TM was an angry troubled teen from a broken home and no prospects. He had taken his frustrations out on an innocent man and got himself shot in the process. Violence begets violence and so TM essentially caused his own death. His parents are partially to blame.

@passerby I will add this:
the"Justice for Trayvon" facebook sites have shyd away from the new released evidence and focusing on other "causes" of black males killed by non-black law enforcement or security workers.
New age black panther wanna be's are using a fairytale scenario (the passion of the skittles) to raise attention to otherwise ignored incidents.
TM was the cause celebre/martyr they never had and could only have dreamed of. It is apparent now why the Team skittles can never reverse its position.
They have gone too far to turn back now, admitting GZ is innocent would only undo the months of hardwork and cause major embarressment for all who jumped on the bandwagon.
Team skittles can not turn back now regardless of ANYTHING.

As the discovery evidence simmers in the minds of those interested in this case, I see many many commentors across various boards stating the obvious:
That every released portion of the states evidence only further corroborates Zimmermans account of self defense.
Commentor's go into in depth discussion reviewing every detail and discussing how and why it exhonerates zimmerman.
This of course infuriates Team Skittles fanatics and they typically interject comments such as "A CHILD WAS MURDERED" "YOU WILL BURN IN HELL FOR SUPPORTING A KILLER" "WE SEE WHO THE REAL RACISTS ARE"
Compare the two mindsets.. thoughtful and in depth review of the facts vs hysterical enraged ranting and threatening.
@Rowwdy The problem is, Corey has immunity from prosecution as a prosecutor herself. You also cannot file bar charges against an elected prosecutor. She is publicly elected the only way to get rid of Corey is to vote against her but she was recently reelected as no one ran against her.
Corey basically has the unchecked power of state attorney to do what she pleases when and where she pleases.
Dan, Can you please ghost/ban "pooh huffy"
that account is spamming the thread
Crumps latest clients:
I'd just like to add that in the interview Dersh explains his expertise, his history of law practice and lecturing, his personal friendships with prominent federal and state prosecutors (also in florida as he has a residence in south beach).. I'd say dersh was influence far and wide through out the legal community..
Corey is barking up the wrong tree.
Angela Corey fucked up by threatening Dershowitz:
Here is a half hour interview with Dersh on a jacksonville radio show where he challenges her to a debate and tear her a new one..
And the interview:
Corey fucked up
@Indverif " Really? And you know this how? Are you female? Do you have a female mind? Do you think females are incapable of focussing on substance and separating emotions when it's especially irrelevant to the case?"
I had good parents growing up
I've been re-reading the bulk of Trayvons twitter messages and I realized something I handn't realized before..
Trayvon's utterly disgusting musing on "bitches" and "hoes" are so offensive it's mind boggling.
If there is at least one female juror during the GZ trial (if it even gets that far), they would be so appalled by this there is no way they wouldn't be in favor of GZ.
Corey threatens to sue Harvard and file charges against Alan Dershowitz for his criticism of her!
@rileyjives Does your mind tell you you're a moron?
@Rickart You pretty much have no clue what the details of this case are. Feel free to continue watering down this thread though.
Actually I think you have it wrong. Trayvon, feeling enraged by the gravest of insults (eyeing from a distance) felt he would teach white boy a lesson and sucker punched GZ as soon as he was off the phone. Young men with broken families and discipline problems at school often act out this way, trayvon was no different. However after knocking GZ down he was not content until GZ was bleeding and bruised. He then made the mistake of reaching for GZ's gun which ultimately cost him his life. We can all take away from this to teach our children to be upfront and to never put your hands on a stranger.
Riley, your children can learn from this lesson also.
How many people think Sharpton and Crump will be making the rounds again and praising themselves
GZ Bond has been revoked, he is to surrender to the Sherriff within 48 hours. Also the prosecution may be able to file charges against GZ's wife for false testimony
LOL the prosecutor is losing it!!

@mattstate What gets me is that reading through some of the comments sections on those news sites.. some believe the clerk is at fault for "taking it upon herself to confront" the shoplifter. Basically excusing that vicious thug for beating someone. Apparently its a 13 year old, I don't see how that dimishes the viciousness of her attack.
Apparently this shoplifting young black girl didn't like a white teenage store employee following her for stealing. So she pummels her.. seems to be a recurring theme amongst urban youth.
sippin on sizzurp
"Sanford police chief Bill Lee stated that neighborhood watch volunteers are not encouraged to carry a gun but have a Constitutional right to do so. Lee further stated,
"Mr. Zimmerman was not acting outside the legal boundaries of Florida Statute by carrying his weapon when this incident occurred."
Sanford Police volunteer program coordinator Wendy Dorival, told the Miami Herald that she met Zimmerman in September, 2011 at a community neighborhood watch presentation. “I said, ‘If it’s someone you don’t recognize, call us. We’ll figure it out,’
‘Observe from a safe location.’ Dorival said.”"
In other news:
Thought this was worth quoting-
I'm a criminal attorney. If you take everything Zimmerman says at face value, there is NO WAY under Florida law that a reasonable jury could convict him. Period. Following the kid is not a crime. Confronting the kid and asking him what he's doing is not a crime. If, indeed, the kid then assaulted Zimmerman, beat him repeatedly while he was on his back, etc. . ., then under Florida law, Zimmerman was entirely justified in the killing. If it happened to a white kid, I'd say that the white kid was stupid to get involved in a fist fight with someone who had a gun. I'd say that the white kid had repeatedly assaulted Zimmerman and that Zimmerman did exactly what I would have done.
Of course, that's only if you take Zimmerman at his word. Unfortunately for all of you liberals, the evidence thus far produced has been overwhelmingly in favor of Zimmerman's story, so... until further evidence is revealed, I more or less believe his story. Were I on a jury and I heard the evidence that's been released so far, there would be no way that a Prosecuting Attorney could convince me BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that Zimmerman committed "The unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated by any act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life" - which is exactly what the prosecutor is required to prove.
In Florida, deadly force is justifiable when "a person is resisting any attempt to ... commit any felony upon him or her...."
Repeatedly hitting someone over and over and slamming their head on the ground is a felony called aggravated battery. Even ATTEMPTING to do so is a felony.
So, assuming Zimmerman's story is more or less accurate, then deadly force was justified because Trayvon was committing or attempting to commit a felony upon Zimmerman's person when Zimmerman fired the gun.
All the stuff before the assault is a bunch of smoke filled coffee house crap. IF Trayvon beat Zimmerman repeatedly - as the evidence so far has tended to show - then there is no question under Florida law that Zimmerman was justified in pulling the trigger.
It doesn't matter whether you or I agree with the law as written - it's the law. Get over it."
I was watching this documentary and was reminded of the harbor section of baltimore and the problem of roving gangs.
@Rowwdy According to Team Trayvon, GZ provoked TM by watching and approaching him. That TM had no choice but to beat the daylights out of
That's the mentality, by looking at someone the wrong way you apparently are provoking a vicious beating. These people truly believe that TM had the right, nay, the duty to pummel GZ for his transgressions.
@Rowwdy There has been no new evidence since the first round of discovery, But they are now commenting on the obvious.
@Rowwdy I'm betting this will get thrown out and all involved on team skittles will get a thorough review bar an ethics commitee.
Some people are gonna be in trouble.
Looks like the media is starting to turn on the Passion of the Skittles:
how long will the #hoodies live in denial, Will they ever admit they were wrong?
@Redbrow "I have noticed a lot of media sources taking the liberty to translate DD's ebonics into english and this is a prime example of why they should quote her statements exactly how she makes them, word for word, no matter how stupid they sound."
ebonics is open to interpretation.
@AghastinFL ""It's extremely offensive that someone who throws baking soda on Kim Kardashian is in prison and someone who killed someone isn't," she said. "That's disgusting to me.""

@DizzyMissL Elvis Presley, the man, the myth, the legend, the king of rock-n-roll, IS ALIVE and working as an undercover agent for the DEA. For years, the man known only as Elvis to the public, has caused world wide confusion concerning his supposed death on August 16, 1977 after entertaining and dazzling the world for over 20 years. Elvis Aaron Presley, did not die on that fateful day. He was only removed from the public eye to continue in his fight against drug use.It had been rumored that he had died from a drug overdose. It is a well known and documented fact that Elvis had always been a strong believer and fighter against communism and drug use. In a meeting with President Richard Nixon on December 20, 1970, Elvis stated his true feelings against drugs and communism, believing that the two were definitely related. At that time, the President appointed him to be a Special Agent in the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (now known as the Drug Enforcement Agency or DEA). What a perfect way to stage his escape from the limelight and publicity to move into undercover activities to prevent the use of drugs, than to say that he had died from the use of drugs. In that meeting between the President of the United States and the King of Rock-n-Roll, President Nixon told Elvis that his image, reputation and credibility with his fans especially the younger kids and the hippie crowd, must not be tarnished. Elvis needed to maintain, in the public's eye, what had already been established. If Elvis were to go public about becoming a part of the war on drugs, suspicions would surely arise and any future plans of Elvis being able to be an effective force for the government would be destroyed.Elvis was able to keep his involvement with the government, his public life and his private life completely separate but all the same. His involvement in bringing down drug dealers, and activities by the Mafioso, musicians and Hollywood actors came about as he performed and made public appearances as his family traveled and joined him most of the time. He was able to keep his activities with the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs and his involvement with the Federal Bureau of Investigations secret from his fans and family. The only one in his family that knew of Elvis's activities was his father Vernon. Vernon knew far more than all of Elvis's entourage, assistants, the government, his family and fans all put together. In 1976 Elvis had become a part of a sting operation orchestrated by the FBI against the Mafia. Vernon had needed to raise some extra cash since the private jet that Elvis was leasing was a major hemorrhage in their expenses. Vernon was approached by Fredrick Pro, president of Air Cargo Airlines out of Florida. Fredrick was known to the FBI as Alfredo Poc, president of Trident Consortium in New York, and under investigation for racketeering, fraud and other Mafia activities. An agreement was reached between Vernon and Fredrick on how to refinance the plane, lease it to Fredrick, and gain an extra $10,000 a month on the plane. AT first Vernon was completely niave of what Pro and his co-horts were up to. As checks that were promised to come in from Pro were either not appearing or were bounced. Vernon had contacted the FBI.The FBI had been monitoring Pro and his other Mafia connections since the mid 1960's. The FBI assigned two of their best Special Agents to go undercover in Elvis's entourage to infiltrate the mob activities. Vernon and Elvis were briefed on the continuing investigation and were excited to help the FBI in their operation.By July 1977, the FBI felt it had enough evidence to arrest and convict the world wide Mafia ring that defrauded the Presley family of over one million dollars and many other organizations around the world.Arrest warrants for everyone in the fraud ring were issued on August 16, 1977. Not surprisingly enough that was the day Elvis "died".The night before, Elvis was extremely agitated. He seemed unusually worried about everything. The next day when he was announced to be dead, the paramedics showed up two hours after they were supposedly called, on their arrival they put on a terrific show trying to revive the King. The coroner's official report has never been released. Pictures of Elvis in his coffin have never been proven to be him. Handwriting experts have proven that the signature on his death certificate is Elvis's own handwriting. In Elvis's last concert tour in the early summer of 1977, he left clues that he was not going to be around much longer in public. Elvis had said several times in that tour, "I dont look very good now, but I will look good in my coffin". He also stated that he was tired of living the way that he was, and that his life would change. He also said he would be just himself instead of an image.Vernon had asked many of Elvis's close friends and family not to come to the funeral, but to come to Graceland a week later. He also would not accept the American flag, which is usually awarded to dead war veterans. At Elvis's request, Vernon did not order any new jumpsuits in 1977, which is quite odd, since he usually ordered at least two new ones a month.Six weeks before his "death?", several publications released pictures of Elvis with his newly issued badge and identification from the DEA. He also was seen and photographed on a drug raid that same week wearing the typical DEA jogging suit.Just two weeks before his "death", Elvis had met with then President Carter, who had issued a tribute to the world concerning his death. The tribute was released the moment Elvis's death was made public. On October 18, 1977, Pro had finally been arrested along with many other men involved in the Presley fraud case. In September of 1978, they finally went to trial. During that trial, a secret witness testified. He told of things that only Elvis himself would know. The name of that witness has never been released publicly.Getting Elvis out of public, private and Mafia sight was the only way the government could guarantee a conviction of Pro and his henchmen. In return the government had made Elvis one of their top undercover agents in the DEA.As a special undercover DEA agent, he would be traveling around the globe, which explains why there are many "Elvis sightings" around the world.During his entertainment days, Elvis would travel using fictitious names such as Col. James Burrows, Al Jefferies and others. Their have been photos of men traveling around the country, appearing on stage, and involved in drug and Mafia arrests that have gone by the names that Elvis used when publicly performing. The mysteriousness of his "death" is good for Elvis so he can maintain his secret undercover identity and still be seen in public. In a very recent interview, a source that must remain anomoyus, said, "I saw Elvis in the mall exiting the J. Crew store. He was carrying large bags full of clothes and was traveling with some kids that seemed 'undesireable' and may be drug dealers or users".The clues that leave no doubt that Elvis did not die on August 16, 1977, are endless and rock solid proof that he is working undercover for the federal government.

Unsubstantiated hearsay about a rumor that may or may not exist alleging a potentially major break in the evidence of this nationally controversial trial. Will not link or even acknowledge any further posts after this one. Nothing further to contribute, hypothetical rumor may or may not exist, but would be a dramatic turn if real. Regardless, I retire not to be heard from for another few days.
