All of the knocking sounds come from the same source the flashlight vs the refuse container.
Even when GZ left the area to retrieve an address he returned to the same vantage point by the refuse container at the north end of the dog walk, his keys marking the onset of the struggle were found an arms length away from that same container.
The Kel-Tec is a 7+1 configuration; if he chambered a round during any of that conversation he would have lost ammunition... all eight possible rounds were found on scene and accounted for, your strawmen just died in a blaze of minuscule proportion.

THEIFAM you are a gifted writer, but your resources are being used to support the wrong side of this issue, you once objected you were supporting the prosecution and the rule of law, I still object that the prosecution has exceeded their authority and laid waste to the Rule of Law. The defendant was/is protected by State of Florida Statute 776.012, 776.013, 776.032 and even if you somehow found the act of moving in the same direction aggressive 776.041.

@THEIFAM "Blitzkrieged"? Are you kidding, this is the initial phase of discovery of course the prosecution is showing their hand and thus far most thinking people find it to be incredible. Defense discovery will come soon enough and we shall revisit Trayvon and the prosecution witness' proffered without substance. Accusation does not equal proof so enjoy your moment while you may, soon enough this too will deconstruct.

Why is Trayvon first seen in the vicinity of 1460 Retreat View Circle? when the cut-thru is between 1410-1350 RVC? the video surveillance from the neighboring community proves he did not traverse their property... so why is he in the grass prowling looking into/at a home far away from the foot path? in the rain...
Why would any sane combatant continue his aggression despite the insistence from a concerned neighbor and the announcement of calling police to the scene?

@THEIFAM I am not so sure her ~testimony~ will be accepted, much of it is wholly composed of hearsay; much to the chagrin of Corey and BDLR she can not identify the pushee vs the pusher nor can she define grass, besides the defense will point to the headphones in his pocket and assert none of her testimony is true...

@Spiritwolf Spirit it is not he was unawares of additional funds but rather that the fund was growing exponentially at a remarkable rate. There is no way to measure or predict that, like it or not that is why Shellie suggested the courts contact her BIL.
