I get to the point where I am routine in the mornings to the point of near OCD. This week I have actually been changing it up and have been forcing myself to mix up my mornings and for as difficult as it has been , my days have had a little more pep to them.
Great job of keeping it classy by not calling anyone out by name. I saw the tweet as well and was surprised at that reaction. I don't think that follower count reflects who a person is and they should not be judged that way.

I like the new look, I do prefer the option to share it socially when you first pin it & not have to go back into the pin to do so, but I'll learn to get used to it. It's pretty slick looking! Now, to check out the new web analytics ...

You're right - the bullying can get pretty bad. People often 'pile up' hate on a person or brand without knowing details and it can get pretty bad. I don't think the reputation factor always clicks in for some people.
@B2MediaLLC I agree that it is especially bad coming from bosses and leaders, it sets a bad example as the negativity flows down from there. (Trying very hard to not bring out the "sh1t flows downhill" expression here)
