Two decades of security, military and LEO experience
One of my biggest "pet peeves" of this issue is when people bring up the Police Operators suggestion and that somehow, it carries the authority of god..
Let's be clear. The police operator has absolutely NO AUTHORITY to security personnel on private property.
People say, "well if Zimmerman had listened to the police dispatcher, then blaa blaa blaa". That's a load of crap.. If Zimmerman had left 5 minutes earlier, it wouldn't have happened. If Zimmerman had left 20 mins later, it wouldn't have happened. If Zimmerman hadn't gone to the store at all, it wouldn't have happened.
IF IF IF IF....
The dispatcher's suggestion and Zimmerman's reaction/non reaction to it is completely IRRELEVANT to the case at hand...
The simple fact is, by all the evidence, Zimmerman DID heed the suggestion of the Police Operator and broke off pursuit.. That doesn't mean he was going to get back into his car and drive away...
Calling Zimmerman's action into doubt is simply a way for people to mitigate Martin's total and complete responsibility in this debacle...

He was refusing lawful orders from an LEO... I believe the ordinance is BEING AN ASSHOLE IN A NO-ASSHOLE ZONE, but I'll have to check on that. That was the basic ordinance when I was on patrol..
That was sufficient to cuff him until the facts could be established.
I think what Patti was trying to say that, he shouldn't have shown favoritism to the Martins.
It makes it obvious that Obama's attitude was racially motivated...
Having a POTUS that indulges in racism is so un-American, it leaves Americans speechless...

At the time Obama made his bone-headed adoption, it wasn't clear WHO was the perp and WHO was the victim...
Under THOSE circumstances, Obama should have just kept his yap shut.. Just as he should have done when Cambridge PD busted his buddy..
Ironically enough, there is similarity between the two incidents..
Both of the people Obama supported were black and once the facts were known, it was clear that both were the perpetrators...
You would think Obama would learn his lesson.. But obviously he feels he needs not learn anything from us mere mortals.. He is the Chosen One, after all... :^/

You would think Obama would learn to shut the frak up when he is clueless as to the facts...

This is like 4 or 5 days old, so it might have been already brought out here.. But it's a pretty powerful piece..
I especially like how the author takes Sharpton and Jackson to task.. They like to think of themselves as the "racial guardians" for this country...
But it seems they only want to assume that role to the benefit of black people...
My point was that "Only following orders" or "only doing what I was hired to do" is not sufficient reason for doing immoral or unethical things...

As long as there are people like Sharpton and Jackson and Crump and the Martins in this world, there will NEVER come a time when the color of one's skin truly doesn't matter...
Dr Martin Luther King would be ashamed, truly ashamed, that his race is represented by the likes of Crump and Sharpton and Jackson... He would be angry that no one in the black community has the courage of conviction stand up to these race-baiting greedy money-grubbing racist charlatans....
If we ever needed the wisdom of Dr Martin Luther King, we need it now..

If they do and it was acquired before the bond hearing, someone committed perjury....
It's possible that, under those conditions, the Judge might not allow the evidence..

Regardless of WHY their testimony is hosed, the simple fact is, it IS hosed...
If you have a color blind witness, you can't have them testify to the color of the defendants clothing..
Doesn't mean they are a bad person. It just means they are a bad witness.

Put a Dead Or Alive on Crump or Sharpton and then watch the majority of the black community lose their frakin' minds...
