If you doubled the dpi on the iPad mini you would get 326 dpi. The exact same dpi as the iPhone. This story smells.
It is in fact that exact packing that apple have released, if you refer to apples website
once again, wrong. the glass is for either wifi or Bluetooth. The phones GSM etc signal works through the top and bottom of the frame itself, hence all the leaked photos still show the the black and white bars in the frame
Antenna gaps appear on all iPhone 5 part leaks, there are even several articles on the web as to why they are still required. I'm not sure what your seeing, but the camera does appear to be in the new arrangement also. Whilst I agree the font isn't typically correct, it wouldn't be the first time apple have changed fonts on their packaging. they are moving to Helvetia neau. Why are you even writing articles about things you clearly haven't got a clue about?
Whilst I agree with your reasoning, these thing is very well made and very very intricate. If it is fake, somebody has gone to one hell of an effort to fake it. Design, Metal milling, anodising, glass cutting, screw holes, fromt plate alignment etc. To fake this is big project, who would even have access to the correct equipment to produce a part of this quality? Apple would spend years designing something like this. And you think someone has just done it in their spare time for the fun of it? I'm not sure if it's the final product, but I'm more than convinced that apple have made it. Maybe apple have let it loose as a red herring, to throw us of the scent of the final product.
@Evolution Controllers Really good that your listening. Your control really is a nice design. As for designing for emulators, it's been done. There are loads out there already with very limited success. Be unique. Duel analogue sticks is your USP, and opens it up to the types of games we really want to use controllers with. No one is going to folk out money for a controller that allows them to play a 20 year old game like sonic that little bit better. But they will pay money for a controller that allows them to play games like call of duty the way it should be played.
@lucascott Your right, iOS doesn't NEED a controller. But then it doesn't NEED Bluetooth or a gyro or GPS. You can make apps without these things but they they will be limited. Some games like roll playing games and shoot em ups need tactile feedback, you really need your finger on a trigger. With mirroring the iOS device acts like any other game consol. For good game play on these sort of games you need a physical controller.
I don't understand why they are doing a psp all over again. 1 analogue stick is just as useless without a second. it looks really great, but if they are going to give us a controller for the sort of games they say, they need to realise how important that is. The people that want a controller for their iOS device, want dual sticks
