Most of the people I know wear glasses. I can name with certainty only one that wears a watch. Seeing as you're your even younger than me I doubt you're wearing one. Therefore I think a wrist device will have this barrier to overcome, however I think smart glasses are a very toug hsell unless they are incospicuous or have lasting stylishness. Plus prescription glasses have a 50$ floor price for the simplests optics and filters WITHOUT the frame.

I actually find your font too big not the others too small. I prefer small fonts which minimize scrolling, allowing a more relaxed, off-hands reading stance. Also consult your optometrist, perhaps you need prescription glasses.
