honestly it's a good thing for you to do. Better to under commit and over achieve than vice versa.

This is going to be kind of confusing so bear with me.
A guy my wife worked with had blog that I stumbled upon one day, I started reading it daily and commented when I had something to say. I finally met him one day while picking my wife up from work. We meet not weekly but often for coffee and talk about the latest trends in tech. It's awesome to have someone who's like minded.
