@macgasm Exactly. Not sure where Lord Trolly von Grammarfail up there got his idea that I "disdain" iOS or was just being "nasty to sound cool and hip," I legitimately don't understand why Apple has let the lock screen languish empty (and no, Notification Center doesn't really count, though it's definitely a step in the right direction) – ESPECIALLY on an iPad. That's an ENORMOUS swath of empty real estate that, personally, I'd love to see Apple fill with slick little widgets.
In my mind, I'd like to see it treated similar to OS X's Dashboard, optional widgets to display easy-at-a-glance information: weather updates, reminders, to-dos, international clocks, a live-updating Maps widget so I could get walking/driving directions without having to unlock my phone, etc.
Any of the lock-screen replacements/enhancers. There's so much that Apple could do with that area, I've never understood why it's been treated like useless dead space for so long.
Meh, Transmit is so much better than Cyberduck in every single way that it should really be a no-brainer if you're set on spending money.
