@RWolverine and he passes it on the break
yall really blamin this on perkins?lol thats crazyy
12 minute game
repost from another site, and i thought it summed it up perfectly. amidst all the questions and summaries and recaps about russ or kd this pretty much sums it up.
- "Is KD a better player without russ? YES. Is OKC a better team without russ? NO"
@cfountain was just thinkn that lol . 32 minutes
reggie = russ = win
perk makes randolph look like he's as explosive as serge lol. wow
the gameplan is for reggie to be in full russ mode today. attackin, pushin the break all that. just fast fast fast so we'll see if he can stick to the gameplan.
that woulda been a charge on russ lol. and a tech
@bmuelle22 too many zeros lol
@bmuelle22 @00000000 i knoww lol thanks tho
@bmuelle22 long and drawn out response down there lol took some time to write out i understand if you're done with the conversation and dont want to respond but just wanted to let you know i had wrote something else. sorry if i'm interrupting you watchin the game with my nonsense lol
@bmuelle22 @00000000 @Sam Presti's biggest mistake @long arm of the law i can understand you want your team to always keep the best players especially when they have the opportunity to do so which the thunder did, but i just think that the organization seen it in a different light.
but as far as choosing ibaka over harden i guess you can say they did, but the thing is the contract had nothing to do with that because they clearly wanted to keep both ibaka and harden and had planned out contracts for both of them accordingly but it was harden who didnt want to fit into "the plan" he had his own plan in mind which was to get paid a max contract. and if okc didnt want to oblige then he wouldnt mind taking one else where
@bmuelle22 @00000000 @Sam Presti's biggest mistake @long arm of the law okay no problem there harden is a better player than ibaka. no quibble with that.
but i think the decision had more to do with the fact they thought that ibaka could realize all his potential (low post scorer, rebounder, great shot blocker, pick and roll shooter pick and pop, occasional three pointer ) and it still not have an effect on what kd and russ do, while for harden to realize his potential he would need to be more in control of the ball and playing more minutes and a more feature role which obviously cant happen when you have players like durant and westbrook already on your team.
so i think they saw it as more a luxury for them to keep harden and a necessity for them to keep a strong young 6'10 shot blocker who can play power forward or maybe even center sometime down the line. you know?
@bmuelle22 @00000000 @Sam Presti's biggest mistake @long arm of the law just trying to understand fully, that you wouldve had no problem with ibaka walking or being traded as long as we made sure harden was signed first.
