That screwdriver trick worked for me when I had to open my Gamecube, which uses the same sort of security screws. Took a few tries, though.
Not to imply that Quackshot is bad, but it gets absurdly frustrating at some points, whereas World of Illusion is more balanced and just more pleasant to play all the way through. So I'd call it the better of the two games.

@maple-shaft Pariah doesn't mean bad, it means outcast. Maybe that is a fair word to define the Dreamcast, a system far less successful than it deserved.
A friend had one of those back in the day, and I recall the 3D effect was quite impressive. I used to wonder why the hell Sega didn't give the Mega Drive the same capability.
