@Virginstateofmind @HugeFan Don't mean to interject myself, But, until I was 52 I was still an athlete, played sports for old guys etc. Then it all turned to shit due to my family, hbp, cholesterol inherited as I am a veggie, bad back, you get the idea. I had thought being in shape, working out etc. would mean a pain free life, Not! Some things just aren't meant to be, so enjoy good health for as long as you can..and be grateful....6
As a side note, my brother is 2 yrs. older,, two heart attacks, 6 stents, obese, No activity of any kind! Cannot push away from the dinner table...6
