Holy cow, these numbers are really, really impressive/scary. 4.7 billion minutes spent on Facebook? 294 billion emails sent? Oi. It's enough to make you want to shut down the computer and hide in your room with a book!

Wow -- I suppose I had no idea that authors were selling their hard work for $.99! That's amazing to me (and as an inspiring writer, also quite depressing). Judging from the other comments, though, it seems like self-publishing is the way to go now with traditional publishing offering less and less for their authors. Anyway, welcome to the Livefyre community, and please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or feedback for us. Looking forward to more posts!

@abbyclaire1 So glad you love it! To be honest, I think the blouse takes on a whole different vibe in black. So many ways to style it!

Heck yes to the sweater and the scarf! Very cute.

YES, the obsession continues! I love the houndstooth with rose gold. My most recent La Mer purchase was a white leather wrap watch with rose gold on the face – perfect for summer when I have a bit of a tan. I actually haven't looked at the new collection because I was trying to protect my wallet! Which has, y'know, gone out the window for now. :) Darn it, Rachel!

@theworkwardrobe Yeah, it is a bit pricey...but you're right, having it be convertible cuts down on the price per wear! ;)

@theworkwardrobe Oh yes, I've had to do that once or twice. ;) Always a fun experience...!
1 year, 6 months ago on Monday Start-Up: Breaking the Rules of Business Travel
My dad, who travels a lot for work, always assumes that I haven't checked a bag and rolls his eyes when he finds out that I did check a bag! These are usually for trips home from school, though, which, at their shortest, are a week to ten days and, at their longest, a month. Even when I'm taking shorter trips, I like to have the flexibility of bringing more items; I guess I just feel more comfortable with more clothing options. I try to solve this problem by having my suitcase be small enough for the overhead compartment (if I want to check it), but it expands to be several inches larger to accommodate more clothing for longer trips. And I have to say, I'm an EXPERT at stuffing the suitcase within an inch of its life! :)
@StephanieOdsgn Thanks Stephanie, I'm glad you like it! Chambray is so versatile.

@StephanieOdsgn @siennadoherty I think the nude heels in the first photo definitely help to elongate the model's legs -- more so than the black pumps, anyway!
1 year, 6 months ago on Today’s Coveted Working Look: Chevron Print Ankle Pants
@siennadoherty Yes, if I were styling this for myself (I'm only 5'4") I wouldn't pair it with stripes -- I'd need something to elongate my torso to balance out the chevron. It may go out of style, but I think it's fun to indulge in trends now and again!
@StephanieOdsgn I think the size of the chevron helps a bit -- if it were a thicker stripe, it would be less flattering on. But you're right, this model is workin' it!
@theworkwardrobe @StephanieOdsgn Thanks so much, guys! I live for outfits that are pull on and go. :)
