Ha! At first glance I read "woke up this am with Chubb"
Holy moly!
ALO sounds very much like Phish.
I'm with ya. My biggest worry is RB depth.
Google eyes is crazy! Light show is cool. Chem teacher is mia.
I love this. It's rare to actually hear Richt talk some real football.
I second the motion.
I agree. Great piece brb
Now that's cool :)
Once again, another fine point. It his responsibility to recruit the right guys...but I still chalk a lot of our discipline problems with our backs to just plain bad luck. It's hard to know that many young men will piss away thier career and education. Eh, at least it's fixed now! Except for our depth, that still worries me. Hopefully the injury bug will lay low again.
Great post ivy. The only thing I slightly differ from you in is bobo's growth as a coach. While I do think he's learned and gotten better over the years, his success for me is much simpler. He finally got a couple of boys that can tote the rock! For instance what really worried me last year also worries me this year. If gurley or marshal go down with serious injuries so will our offense and probably our season. Our offensive scheme demands to have success in running the ball. Having two starting backs south of 160#s (like two years ago) is a sever handicap for what we do.
Pollack is ok. He's just trying to be professional and not be a total homer on game day. Most of what he says is hard to argue with. And if you go back in hind sight, he was right a lot of the time.
I really like the old chemistry guy. I bet he made a great teacher.
Ata boy mcgarity, just sweep it all under that big sec rug ;)
I am one of those fans that you speak of. It's not that I don't want us to do well at all other sports, because I very much do. In fact when I was a student I followed baseball, basketball, gymnastics and swimming much closer then I do now. But now it's simply a matter of time and energy. I follow football as close as I can and after that real life just doesn't allow for me to follow the rest of my beloved schools teams. If that makes you angry then I'm sorry, it's just the way it is. It's not likely to change. Perhaps with the new sec network it will be easier to follow the other sports and that will help generate the fan support you yearn for.
The fact that he is having dangerous lipo suction surgeries in order to try to remove those fatty deposited speaks volumes. The NCAA needs to use some common sense here. At least it pretty much looks definite that he will play his 5th year, if not this year.
I like that they are underlying us. Just as I like that everyone is labeling Aaron Murray as the 3rd best QB in the sec. I don't get rating Florida like that though.
Yeh but not allowing players to go to a school they want to and holding them against thier will is another Pandora's box. And it's probably worse for everyone if they do that.
Hmmm, at first I'm like heck yeh! But i question the work ethic of someone who want stick with the school they signed with. Especially this quick?
That is really sad for the cross country team in Ohio. I mean, at some point common sense has to come into the equation. just take out the whole religious thing of it for a second. Are you really telling me the punishment for excessive celebration is disqualification of your whole team from the playoffs? What the hell is wrong with those people?
