Anyone ever mentioned.... What if the Thunder were in the WCF and not on the streets in helping with this tragedy in Oklahoma? ... Makes you wonder about about how much more the Thunder are needed in the community and not on the court right now.
It was talked about earlier on here about Dirk's plan to take a pay cut to help lure other free agents to Dallas. The most amazing thing about that article was that Dirk is speculated to have already made more salary money for a career in NBA history. He is 5th on the all time cumulative list behind Garnett, Shaq, Kobe, and Tim Duncan. But Dirk does not have an NBA agent and therefore he has put more money directly into his bank account and therefore puts him at the #1 spot. Not bad for a Euro.
@cfountain @Air Bud I think it is a lock that Reggie will be getting big minutes next season, but I think that Lamb will be on the bench another full season unless there is an injury. The Thunder could really use his offense, but unless he develops defensively he won't get to play.
Liggins will continue to be ahead of him too.
If the Thunder do resign Martin, discounted or not, that really puts Lamb another season sleeping on the bench. A lot like Reggie being that he spent nearly 2 full seasons on the bench behind veterans.
But if they don't sign Martin it seems a little risky going with only Thabo and Lamb.

I'm going to go with Memphis. Not much to really dislike about them, and it would keep the Thunder streak of getting beaten in the playoffs by the team that wins the championship.

The last time the Thunder lost 4 in a row.... Finals last year vs Heat, after being up 1-0.
This Memphis series, although without Westbrook, was very similar to the series vs the Heat. Nearly every game came down to the last few minutes with Okc being right there but the offense can not execute vs top defensive teams.
I hope that Sonic is now happy for being a Grizz corporate sponsor.

I still believe until they turn out the lights. If any team could win 3 straight it is this Thunder team, and if any team could lose 3 straight being up 3-1 it is this Grizz team.
