My comment seems to echo everyone elses. For me Lonergan was good last season in front of a very poor defence. Not really sure why Warnock wants top bring kenny in. By the way no mention of Beckford coming back and definately gone quiet on the Diouf front
We will never know for sure until it's happened. I am starting to think Ken Bates might sell because he probably cannot take the club much further. Be great though if some Saudi billionaire takes over. Billionaires are what it takes to build a teamthesedays.

Yep I agree with that. Going back to the Revie glory years - they are a great foundation to build another hungry team. It is good to have a history like ours and teams like say Donny Rovers definately wish it was their club that could boast the same. It has a value that it can attract better players to the club. However that is really all it is - history!
number 1 in yorkshire. My thoughts exactly. But forget about this I want to play in the premiership rubbish. It's all about money. No way would we get 6 mill for Snodgrass. More like 3 mill if we are lucky. Remember it will not be Spurs Chelsea or Man City he goes to. Instead Norwich West Brom or some other struggling side hoping not to get relegated nexy year. If I was Snodgrass and wanted to play in front of big crowds next season I would stop where I was.

I agree about Bates keeping his big trap shut. Just because he is old does not mean people will think him any less of a pillock. Will he ever learn that sometimes you have to keep opinions to yourself. By slating players he damages Leeds United. He knows that really but just does not give a toss.
Thank god Neil Warnock is with us. Not just the defence mateys the whole team needs looking at. Becchio is not safe Clayton needs support the team has looked really tired. Loads of players need to go and we all know who they are. Where do you start? I would love to be making the changes. Can't wait for next season.

Dont think there will be a great atmosphere at Elland Road tomorrow. Donny fans are always asleep and we are disgruntled so perhaps Diouf will not play well.
I think we need someone who can mould the players he has into a force to get promotion. Probably Mick can do the job. We are not going to get the best players in every position. Whatever happens I do not want to see Ince at Elland Road. We really will be in trouble if that happens.Thank god it's only speculation!!

I am seriosly thinking off packing this football lark in. It's bad for my health. I have renewed my season ticket on line but do you know what? following the shambolic way this club has been run since the non investment at the end of last season to todays news I really do not want to go to any more matches. I feel sick and very sad. Bates is a toss pot and I am starting to hate him. My advice to myself is stop attending matches until Bates has gone and the club show ambition. Do not follow blindly down the alley to doom and gloom. How can I suuport a policy that I do not agree with and makes me unhappy? When I work hard all week what the hell am I doing to myself. By turning up at Elland Road means that I endorse what Bates is doing. Conclusion stuff the idea of singing Bates Out I have to vote with my feet and I vow not to return to Elland Road until Bates has gone. Like I say I feel devastated.
At one time we would have been in the market for Billy Sharp a striker who would be an ideal replacement for the misfiring Becchio. I understand he is not going to Leicester and is staying with Donny til the summer. However I know we will have as much chance signing him as I have of scoring a goal at wembley or in a world cup final. This is not the Leeds Utd of old. we only go for rubbish like Sam and Paynter now..
I for one would not like to see Jermaine back at the club. A lazy and sulky player. Leeds played only one way when he was in the team. We had few other options and teams in the Championship would soo suss it out. If we were going to sign a striker (which we are not) I would much rather look at Billy Sharp.
Mostly agree but I would not keep Sam and I would let Becchio go at the end of this season ( yes I know he is our talisman) In an ideal world I would be in the market for Billy Sharp to make a strike force of Sharp Somma And McCormack.
