Hi Lori. Had to chime in on this one. I LOVE the ocean. Mainly the water and beach in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up there and hope to eventually move back. I was just at a lake in SC for a quick visit with relatives. Didn't have time to enjoy or take a boat out. A lake is nice and I enjoy it, but their is something special about the ocean, salt water, breeze and sun rises, on the southeast coast of Florida. Ahhhhhhh. Can't wait for my next visit. Luv ya.

Great list Daniel. Hope all is well with you. The only thing I thought of was, of course to genuinely CARE about people. Ha. and the other one, you kinda covered with #2 Empathetic. and #5 Interesting, made me think of this. "Be Interested" before being Interesting. Like you said, people LOVE to talk about themselves. I we learn to ask relevant and good questions, and LISTEN, the relationship is usually off to a good start. Make it about them.
