Poor neighborhoods and retarded parents produce such train wrecks. And of course the tax payers pay money for each kid...which if you think about it is pretty smart cuz I bet there in no way in hell the parents can hold a regular job.

@Jamila Many countries with THOUSANDS of years of culture proves that people pick by social class. Africa, South America, India...etc. The US is still an infant at 300 yrs and will eventually realize that ultimately its social class that gets it going
