Those auto DMs drive me crazy.
I live in LA. It's torture driving here.
Last summer my son's (parked) car was totalled by a 16 year old girl who was texting. She'd been driving for 5 days. Thankfully she wasn't hurt, but it was terrifying hearing her car screech and slam into his car in front of our house. #1 is by far the worst thing a driver can do. Yes to all, especially number 2. We had a private college admissions counselor helping our daughter with her essays, and when her HS English teacher (PhD in English) saw them he called me at 9:30 on a Thursday night to inform me that there was no way those essays could be sent. I fired the college counselor and he helped my daughter craft great essays that we believe were a big part of her getting into the school of her choice.
Maybe..."ashamed I'm sitting here with you, when you ask such a dumb question." Moving on!
I too am totally turned on by my husband's skills as a handyman. It makes me feel so loved. I'm so glad you found love again and knew not to let it get away from you. Mazeltov!
I generally don't like black cabinets, but with the light and bright walls and the lit upper cabinets, these look nice. I would choose cream - white is a litte to "white" for me, and cream is a great basic to accessorize. If I had a second home, I'd go with one of the colors to indulge my love of color overall - most likely green or blue. Great post!

We are all just one bad disaster away from our homes being destroyed. Here in California it's earthquakes. My heart breaks for everyone who is now trying to figure out where they will live.

My dollhouse was far and away my favorite toy when I was growing up. These are pretty amazing! I'm not a big fan of Halloween, but I could see where making one of these would be pretty entertaining.
Great information. I agree that naming and tagging photos is a big opportunity to drive traffic to your blog - I get a lot of views that way.

I like the idea of the outdoor fabric on the cushions - never thought of that! I am having to refinish my floors because of sun and heat damage - The power of the sun can be pretty brutal.
