The passion for relationship building is changing the way people communicate online... I really believe in the power of social relationship and super honored to see my mention, on a subject that is so close to our heart.
With Commun.it we try to help people to scale the way people build meaningful personal relationship on twitter :) Indeed it's not trivial, but required :)

Hi @allison_boyer ,
thank you for this review, our passion is social community management, and this book has a lot of insights...
I loved the part about 2-way relationship...what they call "listen to your community" - you can't really build relatiaonship with your social community without hearing what they have to say.
Another key point is the ability to focus your efforts, it's easy to miss engagements with important people to your biz...
Looking for more great articles :) and also to participate in blog world at the end of the month (we have a booth there :) )

Gr8 post Whitney :)
Indeed, this is a very important tip... when u take the time and own your domain, you own more then just the recurrent users and branding.. you force yourself to decide on a marketing/branding strategy and align it with the domain name... something that is very hard to do down the road...
Thx for shairng gr8 blogging insights :)

A great video :) nice to video meet U.
This is a great topic to talk of... indeed where you draw the line:)
The big question is more about how to scale the way you build relationship, where "thanks for RT" is part of it...
I believe in building meaningful personal relationship with your community :) however it's hard to do it at scale.. and this is one of the reasons we build Commun.it, to help you focus on the high-value members that matter to you, and make sure you thank them for the RT :) since they are part of your loyal tribe...
Thanks for this post, and for sharing your insights.

AskAaronLee Sounds good, the main product philosophy is taking twitter client to a new level of relationship structuring...
I wonder what we can learn from it, since our philosophy is not to replace apps like co-tweet, but complete them..
Thanks for sharing pal,
AskKimrapportiveconnectedhqcrowdboosterhootsuite Hi Kim :) this are great tools to use, and indded reading a post about the day to day tools you use would be very interesting to read.
looking forward to get your insights :)
Hi AskKim,Thanks for sharing, this is really interesting :)How do you see CrowdBooster & Connected (which are great) give you value compared to social media clients like hootsuite, tweetdeck ? what will be your vision of blend of tools ?Thanks,Sharel
AskAaronLee Indeed, great features...
while reading your post i started thinking... We all use daily the social media clients to manage our feed, tools like co-tweet (we know you love them :) ) or hootsuite, tweetdeck etc, how do you see sprout-social compared to them? does it replace them all together or complete them ? we have now many tools to solve different pains in SM and it will be very interesting to see where you position this compare to the others :)
