@Boi1der Top 1% of 1%
Really enjoyed reading the great updates especially the recap on the 2014 signing class. Usually we get so caught up in who is being recruited that we forget the ones we were so excited about a few short months ago. I'm really curious to see how this bunch responds once Fall camp starts.

@Lady C Since Pruitt got hired there's been a lot of angst about weight but I remember when Grantham was hired everybody was hyping tall corners as opposed to the "midgets" that Martinez used to recruit.
Call me blissfully ignorant but I think Pruitt will play the best players regardless of weight, height, etc. As developed as these guys are they are still young and learning how to eat right and all that fun stuff. I think Johnny O will be fine +

@ecdawg A lot of times when I see "Burn" it looks like "Bum" LOL
@RumRunnerDoogie @SanDiegoDawg Not really!
@bigredballer Oh thank God, he looked awful. Nothing against long hair it's just he could not pull it off.
@raparich Yeah but a jury is as dumb as the NCAA? This is sad.
@ecdawg The soda prices have gone through the roof everywhere, not just MicD's.
@bigredballer And he thought it was mono because why????? hahahahaha just hush kiddo and get to Athens!
@ecdawg @bigredballer I was fighting back reading too much into it but yep
@bigredballer He looks like he could help us this year LOL
@bigredballer Never mind - I did the highly technical fix of turning the device off and back on and now it looks fine.
So I'm on my tablet and the screen is truncated. Is this a known issue?
@bigredballer So the "didn't know" defense works in ponzi schemes too. Unbelievable.
@RumRunnerDoogie @South FL Dawg I'll scroll to 9am thanks, you're awesome!

@RumRunnerDoogie Hey Rummie, I was out all day, did BRB drop some news today?
@RumRunnerDoogie @GaSoldier It means a lot more coming from a teammate than a coach. Pruitt can't do it by himself, unfortunately.
@GaSoldier Exactly right
@NWG DAWG @OconeeDawg706 You got me convinced. Sage Hardin!!!
@AlphaDawg @bigredballer Well he didn't say smart!
LOL I kid, I kid. Stay somewhat smart, but some dumb things are ok as long as you don't risk your career over it.
However it isn't just for sports that you gotta stay humble whatever you get asked to do and hungry to want to always go further.
And remember you had help.

@bigredballer Ha I thought my computer wasn't refreshing!
@KeepCalmandQuayvon You want to be released? At Georgia Tech, you can't do that!
@bigredballer Bynum is 250 lbs soaking wet though
@bigredballer Did you ever see my note about Larry Blustein?
@Bulldawg36 ### He's done ok I guess ###
@bigredballer I'm psyched every time we get a South Florida kid, there is so much underrated talent down here.
@RumRunnerDoogie Body tattoos and carry a bottle of rum? :)
@DallasDawg @RumRunnerDoogie Heyyyyyy easy there!!!
@RumRunnerDoogie Rogers had 13 tackles at Louisville. Sometimes it's like looking at the traffic report on a highway you used to have to be on and thinking how lucky you are you have a different commute!
@RumRunnerDoogie I found it - it was another linebacker, Deon Rogers, that was Luc's teammate and committed to Georgia. He decommitted and went to Louisville. I had gotten him confused with Ramik.
@RumRunnerDoogie I could be thinking somebody else then....could've sworn they were teammates but maybe it was somebody besides Ramik.
@RumRunnerDoogie I remember they were teammates. Luc was the guy the whole universe wanted and he was a 5*. Ramik was probably a 3* but look who has had the better career!
@DallasDawg Funny thing is it was his HS teammate everybody was recruiting - who remembers Jeff Luc? I looked him up and he played 2 years at FSU then transferred to Cincinnatti. He had 44 tackles last year and seems like a good not great player.
@KeepCalmandQuayvon @bigredballer I actually thought of that as a reason - but if he committed is the high school coach still going to hold it against Georgia that they didn't keep recruiting a committed prospect?
Now if he re-opens his recruitment then go and say hi.
@bigredballer Well that's fair enough, I just hope we don't regret not offering some of these kids until late in the cycle and then they won't consider it.
@bigredballer No big deal if we pass on him. I guess I don't get why we keep recruiting him between he's not that high and he already committed. Recruiting = mystery
@bigredballer My question is why didn't we want him because those are some big offers he had
@bigredballer Why Warmack who is a guard? Anyway he has a connection with the team he's already committed to...sometimes you have to cut your losses.
@bigredballer Clemson, LSU and a bunch of big schools offered, sure wish I understood what our thinking was because it didn't even seem like we were remotely interested.
@ecdawg @DrTiki I like it. I don't think it will be a big deal because most freshmen who redshirt probably would not have seen the field much if they had been eligible, but hey they're there so let them play a few downs.
@highcotton @South FL Dawg @SanDiegoDawg Moreno would be a good example for him. Even though he wasn't a dawg, Barry Sanders was ok too LOL.
@deltonadawg Branden Smith
@bigredballer It's not a big deal anymore to see this in recruiting. What EC says about countering a pitch - probably true. But if you're going to tell a kid this, and you know this is the instant gratification generation, then you better be ready to give him some snaps at both positions his freshman year or you've got another unhappy kid. I think it's doing them a disservice.
@bigredballer I'd be thrilled if he can quarterback, punt and kick, too, but pick one thing first. You only get x plays a game and the body wears out. As for the playbook - if you can't master the playbook for one position how can you learn 2. I'm calling this a case of a kid getting too big for his britches and a coach who's scared of losing a recruit.
