@coach2 I'd say to try not have the coffee first thing in the morning to begin with as cortisol levels peak at 8am. Try have a bulletproof coffee later in the day and see if you can handle it without adrenal fatigue symptoms. As you attend to your adrenal fatigue and feel it is under control add it as your morning breakfast. The stuff is good :)

@CavemanKlaus I think you everyone who drinks bulletproof coffee has done the salted butter mistake. My sister said "They don't put that much salt in butter anyway" - big mistake it is so gross with salted butter. I recommend everyone give this yummy high-fat coffee a go but follow the rules. cc @bulletproofexec
