Could the Big Ten simply wait until the Big 12's Grant of Rights Expires and then get Kansas for $0.00? Also, could they get Missouri at that point for the same price since the SEC doesn't have an exit fee or Grant of Rights?

The Mountain West should be raiding C-USA right now for Tulsa and UTEP. Puts the pressure on Boise to rejoin before conference is sealed shut at say 16.
