The best looking Lebron by far is the 8V2
Looks like a great shoe to hoop in. CW will be crucial if sneakerheads plan on wearing these casually.
This shoe looks like Iverson's A6. In the right CW it will look fresh...in the wrong cw it will look like a bowling shoe.
Lol Its really not a big deal however. IMO some things are better left alone. There are classic songs that I don't think need to be remixed/sampled and there are sneakers that don't need to have another signature athletes name slapped on them...Jordans...Kobes...Lebrons...KD's...they already have their own ish.

These are cool and all but its an easy pass for me. What's good with the white/concord CW that drops every year? I'll wait for those. He wore them in game and I was trippin because that cw looked so clean on the 8 model. Nike has been on some real fluorescent ish lately and I can't stand it. They have also abandoned some of the cleanest cw this season ( all grey lebrons). I hope they don't follow suit with the Kobes and the concord cw as well.
I know what Nike thought. However, my point was there are those who want to buy his current shoes and would buy his retros. Sounds like a win win. Consumers get what they want and Nike gets more money. As LeBron has proven in his career you can be successful without mimicking your predecessors. Pave your own way. With that said just because Jordans sneaker line did something and it was highly successful, doesn't mean that Lebrons can't be just as successful doing its own thing.
Jordan was on his 10th shoe when his first retros released.... No need to wait. Release them now. I had to get rid of my Zoom generations because I had outgrown them since middle school. I would like another pair that I didn't have to pay an ARM and a leg for that someone has already worn. That's just my opinion though...lol

I would not be seen in these HOWEVER, these are killing last years version and the right CW might do the design justice better than this one does. Design is fly. Thank you JB for losing the strap.

@Community_JUICE I love your enthusiasm kid but if you are 18 that means you were born in 94...if you know your shoes then you know your shoes. Watching Jordan is one thing, understanding and appreciating what he meant to the game is another. If you did at 3 then more power to you. IMO there should be a release for people born in the 80's or before, show an id to get your shoes. Because I hardly believe that kids your age are doing anything more than following a trend. I watched Jordan when I was a kid too (for the Bulls not the Wizards). I was also playing in Basketball leagues mimicking this dude. I know 3 year olds who still piss their pullups... Again I'm not saying you don't know your sneakers, all I'm saying is its highly unlikely that someone your age really has vivid memories of the real Michael Jordan. Lastly if you didn't have a job at 11 than you haven't "been collecting J's" , sounds like your parents put you on. I'm impressed if you still can even wear that size...
