True about excessive litigation. I know someone closely who is an Apple attorney and you'll be abhauled about the stupid shit Apple wants to sue over: stuff that you did not even hear. @Allallon

At least Samsung is taking them to court for a Legitimate case rather than a flimsy "round corners" feature. Apple got caught and should be hard.
