@metalraider @KevinBayAndersen @FredrickHahn @ksmorin I apologize if I was being a little confrontational it's just driving me nuts over the past year or so how people are generalizing CrossFit as a walking injury waiting to happen. I completely agree with you that there are no good CrossFitters without good coaches in like everything else the student is only as good or is safe is the coach. That can go for any sort of training whether it be sports performance, weight lifting, bodybuilding, etc. but I believe the fact of the matter is there is just as many injuries in normal everyday training than there is with CrossFit. I actually like the discussions going on in this thread it is very respectful even know there are disagreeing aspects of it

@metalraider @FredrickHahn @ksmorin learn about a thing or 2 before u make accusations. That's totally false about the comment u made about crossfit. I know mofe people that get hurt simply working out in the gym than I have ever met that crossfit. I've been doing it and competing for 5 years and haven't had 1 injury. Nobody at my box has ever had an injury. And I know nobody in the 5 years I have been doing it it is had a serious injury. So before you start making accusations do a little research.

@DavidThomasTao @SeanManseau coach g's social medoa presence is huge. He has 100's upon 100's of videos on youtube not to mention anything relating to Crossfit hq should be directly related to him. That's a flawed ranking system. Most of the trainers in there are simply bc of media hype with no substance. A good pr person and some media attention can land someone on this list wothiut any sort of credibility.

@techgirllive tony horton and P90X no offense is a joke. Tony is a bigger joke. I could talk about why for hiurs but the bottom line is u are better off finding a reputable crossfit gym with great coaches and a good community and u will love what happens for making that choice. It can hell u with everything not just working out.
