Really good read. It's frustrating to see the Knicks trying to soothe Stoudemire's ego by playing him at the end of games. Even a small-ball lineup would've been a better solution than having Stoudemire play defense. Hopefully, and this is a theory hanging on by a thread, but hopefully some practices and more chances to get familiar with the Knicks rotations on D, Stoudemire will improve that aspect. Rebounding isn't going to change unfortunately.

I thought this article was really good, and brings up something interesting. I understand tat those shots hurt his shooting percentage, but doesn't the possibility of taking the risk (the shot attempt), lead to a possible reward (3 points and momentum) outweigh someone saying you're not efficient because you jack up half court shots that don't actually negatively impact your team in the game.
The idea of a second left, I have the ball, why not shoot it doesn't really hurt your team.
