@RalphWatzke The only ones whom I have heard make this claim are those corruptocrats on the fringe left like yourself that are trying to restore ALL right to convicts, even those still in prison. Hell if they were able to increase the corruptocrat voting base by restoring voting rights to all the convicted corruptocrats they do not need to give citizenship/amnesty to ILLEGAL ALIENS.

After all drug dealing and taking bribes are minor offenses to the far fringe left. There are two Illinois governors who will attest to that fact. Murder is not even a serious enough crime for a corruptocrat to ostracize a convict they have doren ayers and the latest release as professors in liberal colleges teaching more violence and anarchy.

This kind of crap is the reason we have growing violence in our society. Prisons are not places where the guilty are made to pay for their crimes, they are places to sulk and feel sorry for yourself that your victim testified against you and you were unjustly found guilty of your crime. it is societies fault that you are in prison and you will plot your revenge when you get out.

The problem with our prisons is that they coddle the prisoners and provide fantastic gyms and recreational facilities so the prisoners do not get bored, neither do they feel that they are unwelcomed. Consequently they will do nothing to prevent recidivism.

We NEED prison reform. My suggestion is that prisoners are sentenced to the maximum that thier crime deserves. To gain time off this maximum sentence the prisoner should have to do work to earn this time off Not just behave him/herself, behavior and obedience is to be the norm not the exception to earn time off. To earn good credits the prisoner should have to do productive work. Since we are providing all these gyms and exercise equipment . I would suggest we hook them to generators that produce electricity and only give the convict good time for electicity produced. NO work then serve the full sentence.

Something I do not understand . . . We provide food stamps, We provide welfare, We provide WIC, we provide section 8, We provide counseling and other subsidies which are supposedly designed to provide the child with a mpre han adequate diet and lodging. Why are these children coming to school without breakfast or lunches and why are we not prosecuting parents who are stealing the money that WE ALREADY PROVIDE for feeding the child. Could it be for the same reason that no corruptocrat will persue impeachment charges against the affirmative action occupier of the White house...They all have their hand in the till also. .

More Power to the Mexican Citizens' taking control of thier government. Maybe we will have to do the same in this country to defeat the corruptocrats. The citizens taking arms and defeating the federalism and drug cartels is the ONLY way that Mexico is going to regain its integrity and self esteem. My Mexican father in law fought with a machete on horseback to gain Mexican independence only to have the officials turn corrupt and steal everything the peon had fought for.. Now the people are going to have to do the same thing again to get the government out of the control of the cartels. If that means killing every government official so be it as Ramses said . . .

Those states (aka the flyover states as identified by the corruptocrat elite) that are passing voter ID laws and cleaning up the registration rolls really don't have a problem with fraudulent voting . It is states like New York, California, Illinois, minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey and other corruptocrat strongholds (aka blue states) that need to be ferreted out and the scum in voting removed..

To make it effective they have to find some way to take it to the supreme court in the near future at least before the next election to have time to enforce laws in every state.

That still leaves fraudulent registration and fraudulent voting for the cadavers and infirmed.

There are not now and have not been for generations disenfranchised Americans who were bred to be the working class. ANYONE who applies themselves can succeed. The only limits to thier success is the amount of energy and effort and dedication they are willing to put into thier work. There are many dishwashers who worked thier way up to becoming chef and owning nice restaurants. Many paperboys who have become new persons and editors of large publishing establishments. The work ethic is valued in this country and for those who apply themselves hard work can be greatly rewarding. Gates was a college drop out so was Jobs, They applied themselves sacrificed minor gratuities when they were young and were rewarded for it. Many successes of today lived on ramen noodles while they were starting out and now they can be driven in limos. Had they lived on spaghetti and meatballs they still may have made it but the chances of eventual success are slimmer and much later in life. You pays your dues and you make your bed so you have to lie in it.

@guesstimate Boy have you ever swallowed the liberal mantra hook line and sinker. Do all liberal/regressives have this convoluted thinking or is it just limited information corruptocrats like yourself that are this disillusioned and misinformed about capitalism. Any failure of capitalism is due to the excessive regulation that the corruptocrats of both parties have forced on honest businesses giving one business the advantage over another instead of open and honest competition. an example that come to mind is the advantage that "green energy" developers have over conventianal energy granted by the government. Conventional energy cannot compete. Anytime the government awards a contract to a business on based anything other than the cost and end result will foster corruption and unfairness. Likewise when the government requires a business to perform in a certain way but grants the competition leniency there will be corruption and unfairness. Some business are going to have to provide owebumacare and thier competitors are exempt, that is corruption.

I just sent this letter to my congressmen to try to get them to get off their dead asses and reform the voting system in this country.  There is no point to voting if the opposition is going to vote multiple times for each time a honest voter is permitted to vote. Might I suggest that you copy the letter and send it to YOUR congressperson and MAYBE we can get something done to regain an iota of representation in our government.

Dear Representative Lucas:

Dear Senator Coburn:

Dear Senator Inhofe:

As your constituent, I am writing to tell you that I #StandWithRand! and the principled leadership that he demonstrated during his filibuster of the confirmation of John Brennan for CIA Director. As an elected official who is supposed to be representing the people and standing for the Constitution, I expect YOU to do the same. He got answers from holder and the owebum something the RINOs have failed to do in the "Benghazi incident" and "fast and Furious" Senator Paul proudly stood for the Fifth Amendment. Obama’s failure to answer the question regarding whether he, or any president, could kill an American on U.S. soil without due process as mandated by the Fifth Amendment, and without that person posing an imminent threat to national security and safety should have caused alarm for Americans everywhere. Unsatisfied with Obama’s stonewall answer of “ it would be inappropriate” and “I haven’t killed anyone like that”, Senator Paul filibustered as he waited for Obama to give him an answer. The fact that Senator Paul’s actions were applauded by the people on both sides of the aisle, yet chastised and attacked by ranking GOP Senators John McCain and Lindsay Graham disturbs me greatly. Strip mcccain and graham of any leadership post in congress.

I would expect all elected officials to stand on the side of liberty and the Constitution and join Rand Paul in his quest to uphold them. I urge … no, I demand….that you join me and #StandWithRand! . . . holder is using politicians weazel words.  Notice he said nothing about not sending owebumbs civilian army to kill you in your home because you might have insulted the Phu king fraudulent  POS in the White House.  How you can insult the owebom, I cannot imagine but his narsistic personality is liable to take offense if you sneeze wrong.

 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I also expect you to concentrate on getting a total reform of the voting system and qualification for voters in this country long before the next election.  SO GET TO WORK ON IT   N O W. We would not be saddled with owebumcare if Franken had not stolen the election with unqualified votes from convicts and  "found" ballots in the trunk of a car weeks after the election. And no one in congress had the cajones to question the obvious fraud.

We would not have the owebum as a fraudulent occupier of the white house if voting officials had voted only once, If only 100% of the registered voters were permitted to vote instead of 140%,  If the voter registration rolls were purged of ineligible voters according to law, If our armed forces had not been disenfranchised, If the 'rats had not been permitted to tamper with the voting programs in the electronic voting machines, If the MFrs had not been permitted to intimidate voters with clubs and threats ala the new black panthers . . . .  ad infinitum .

The owebomb has already taken a big chunk of everyones savings and wages by printing billions of dolars and giving them away.  The way he plans on paying the debt is to devalue the dollar to the point where  he owes 16 trillion  2010 dollars but he plans on paying for it in 2016 dollars which have been devalued to equal 50 0r 60 cents of the purchaing power of the 2010 dollar.  As proof your wages are basically stagnant ie the same as 2010 right now but the prices have gone up at least 10% and they are going higher.

Gun control (an impossible phenomenon)will not solve the problem. A change in culture and morals will go a long way towards ending violence against the defenseless. A recent survey by the Barna Group shows that, If you overlaid a map of the Democratic Party strongholds over a map of high crime and violence over a map of people who no longer read and believe the Bible, you would find that they are nearly identical. Violence is not generally a conservative problem. nor is it a general US population problem. The vast majorities of Americans obey the laws. Violence is a regressive 'rat cultural problem. Ask yourself, Who conducts the knockout game? Who has flash mobbing of stores? which is more prevailent, white on black violence or black on black violence or black on white/asian/hispanic violence? Look at where the murders and violence are, mainly concentrated large regressive democrat conclaves. It is long past time for the regressive 'rats and thier low information voters to show some community responsibility, clean up their act and start behaving like adult humans instead of the degenerates they are.

Many states have that law already.  Something about a man's home is his castle. it is believed that an intruder in your home intends to harm you and you do not have to leave your home for protection or safety. I was told years ago in WI that if you shoot someone invading your home and they manage to fall outside the home drag him back in side and claim he invaded the home . . . by the way make sure the invader is dead . . . that way your story holds up  and he cannot claim some asinine reason for forcing his way into your home.

I have had thoughts about this many times and feel that the old chain gang which had a recidivism rate of less than 10% is the more ideal way to go than our current catch and release prison system,  I'm not advocating a chain gang and its harshness but a modified version of hard labor could be implemented.  instead of providing prisoners with expensive gyms and workout equipment to make them stronger and more capable of mugging honest people when they are release why not have a series of machines hooked up to generators and computers that could make the inmates exercise productive and pay some of his/her keep.  I realize that The prisoner might not be motivated to hop on  a treadmill or exersize bike unless give some incentive so they could be offered x amount of hours reduced from their sentence for each kW hour of electricity they produce. Don't want to cooperate OK serve the full sentence. The electricity could be sold and used on the grid to provide an income to reduce of cost of incarceration and when necessary to put one of the bustards out of his or her misery.

My  objection to the wording in the legislation says that the violation is a class D felony and the penalty for a class E felony is UPTO 4 years.  I have a problem with the UPTO.  It should be a mandatory sentence not an UPTO. For some liberal judge will sentence the convicted felon to "time served"

A thought just dawned on me . . . . If the perpetrator is now a convicted felon that means by federal law he/she can no longer own or possess a firearm.  Does that not mean the convicted felon cannot be hired by the feds to further attempt to intimidate law abiding citizens?

I drilled a 3/8 inch hole in th jamb at a slight upward angle (about 85 degrees from horizontal. and put a 8 inch long 3/8 inch hardwood dowel in the hole and sanded it down just slightly so that I could slide a .38 barrel over the dowel ( a 9mm fits also) My wife made a nice cover so that visitors would not know what was under the cover but I now have within reach of both doors a handgun that is loaded and ready to go just by grabbing and pointing it at the intended target.  If  I get hurried and break the dowel off I can still shoot the gun and the target will be the recipient of a dowel pushed by a 150+ grain chunk of lead.
