@MikeJones4 I'm with you, and sick and tired of it in CA! Net drain on CA taxpayers = ($ 11 B).

In regard to Red vs Blue, Rand Paul's filibuster, and those Republican Senators opposing the ability of POS being able to assassinate US citizens on US soil, I don't see this as business as usual, Red vs Blue. I honestly think we are beginning to see a move toward supporting the Constitution at the federal level, albeit a very small move. It has to start somewhere. What I find interesting is a common interest in both parties to return to the Constitution. I am seeing this in parts of California where very liberal cities, Santa Cruz, Berkeley, and San Francisco are passing anti-NDAA resolutions. This surprised me VERY MUCH, as I have lived in this odd state for many years. It tells me that there is a strong common thread between the two parties, the Constitution. This thread needs to become a strong rope.
All of the Constitutional infringement is igniting us to nullify, and, in the process, I believe there will ultimately be a reconfiguring of the parties to align with our founding documents. That is a long way away. Nullification must continue as the means for driving this; that is essential.
Just my opinion.

I think I'll vomit, now.
Interesting, I was in Idaho last weekend and the paper "Idaho Statesman" had two articles on obama's gun laws. One of them quoted Kamin with the same falsehood. The point is, that this false information is getting out there, successfully delivered by an "expert."
Are there ways that TAC can help counter this?

My understanding of the Progressives is that they are the old Socialists/Communists/Marxists, relying on redistribution of income, ruler's law (tyranny) to carry on. This is in conflict with our Constitution, based on individual freedom and liberty. The two ideologies are incompatible to me.
So, can it ever be the case that a Progressive, whose ideology is in conflict with the Constitution, ever use it to advance their cause?
The document exists to protect individual rights which the Progressives want to diminish, they want small citizen, big government.
Am I missing something?

@Michael Boldin They need to get to the place where the Constitution is the ONLY answer, in any circumstance.
I will research Bill Haslam and Scott.

Could it be that these Governors do not believe they are on solid ground in citing the 10th Amendment for nullifying the healthcare mandate? Are they educated enough so that they feel confident in applying the 10th?
This takes courage; there is no time to waste.
