Oh Jay! You always manage to make me laugh. Love your new blog. Like you, I spend an unhealthy amount of time in front of the computer screen. Just over a year ago I hired a personal trainer who I see three times a week. For the record, I was that person in school who came last in all the races and eventually figured out how to skip PE lessons altogether. I also hate working out BUT in the last month I ran 5K for the first time. I like to call that a MIRACLE. Thank you for letting me know I'm not alone.

Ari Herzog Ok I suppose. I'm a creature of habit so I don't like it when I see something I wasn't expecting. What made you choose Livefyre over Disqus, for example?

Of all the blogs I visit yours is the only one that has Livefyre as its comments system (or that I notice). I was reluctant, previously, to leave comments because I wasn't familiar with Livefyre and didn't know if I'd be required to set up YET ANOTHER account of some sort.
Yes. She's much better at it than I am :)

Hey Ari - I'm all for change where blog design is concerned. I recently bought Thesis and use it on my dog's website http://www.sadieshihtzu.com and use a free Woo Themes design on my own blog which I customised. I get bored quite quickly with things so am always looking to enliven or refresh a design. I think you should change it up. The investment is worth it. Go for a new customised design. Your site is reflection of you.
