AJ, this is an amazing tutorial and just one more reason why I love headway and gravity forms.  That being said, I had no idea that gravity forms could do this and I paid a coder to create a custom plugin for me.  That being said, mine has a bit more advanced features, but for the average person this would work great.  (I'm curious to know if with some more code the same results could be achieved as my custom plugin but I don't want to publicly post)  Perhaps I can share with you via email or something like that.  Anyway, great post, thanks for the tutorial.
