The Converse Pro definitely needs a lot more love than it has been getting as of late.
If anything else, BRING BACK THE ORION!!!!!!! That is the sneaker i remember most when the Ewing brand is mentioned.
mad potential here but not feeling this CW. Funny tho...if these were a pendleton blazer sb or sumthin these cats would have mad sneaker boners
@ac2slater dont even front. Those Marburys felt like running shoes you could hoop in.
@newsouth912 a south beach colorway versus applying Lebron's logo(old) and likeness to a jordan shoe. How can you even say that those two things are the same? And besides, the south beach colorway will have always been done in its dopest on the AM 95 Miami Vice cw
BLASPHEMY!!!!!
@newsouth912 You sir, clearly have not worn this shoe.
MAAYYNNEEE, these are PURE CANE SUGAR SWEET!!! As is, wouldn't change a thing.
@Longstroke @master5hake @1Lance2 @Jay Wicked
What's funny here is that these guys have argued almost an entire day away and they both are right. It's just that one side is arguing about stability and the other about support. Had this been clarified earlier on all of this would have been avoided.
Stability is in the base of the shoe and not the height, that is why if you look at your shoes there is such an aggressive outrigger on the lateral edge of the forefoot these days. You can see this in many everyday objects. Points of contact on the outside edges of weight center increase stability. So, you sirs, are correct. The height of the shoe does not affect it's probability of tipping over.
However, the height of the shoe does increase the support of the ankle joint. No, it won't keep the shoe from tipping over but it can and will lessen the severity of an injury as a result of rolling on its side. That is the reason ankle braces came into high popularity in basketball. So, you sir, are right as well. Higher and snugger fitting shoes around the ankle do offer increased and noticeable support.
It's about time I see a LF1 i can actually see myself in. been way too long nike, waaayyyy...toooo.....looonnggg
VIIIs and Laker 1s are the only ones worth a mention. I got high hopes for future colorways of that CP3 tho.
Gingers were nubuck if i remember correctly. These appear to be some sort of boot leather or something. And yes, gingers would be nice but one of my most sought after would still be a fresh pair of cherrywoods! PLEASE JB, give us cherrywoods and make them RIGHT!
what's funny is this is the same type of reaction when nike jammed springs on the bottom of their shoes or when mizzuno cut the sole out and made it all wavy. I'm not saying those are the Jammy Jam but damn, give em a chance before you go popping off at the mouth.
i'd cop without hesitation!
can't even begin to describe how disappointed i am this year with the BHM pack.
It's clear whats going on here. After this is the XX8 lite, and then the XX8.5 and then the XX8 lifestyle. Y'all suckaz if you fall for this.
@cnow1983 That's the first thing i thought when i seen em zipped. The problem is that there aint no damn support. the UA are essentially built-in ankle braces, these are essentially built-in sauna suits.
@BiscoeTheBoss lol bait and switched his ass.
oh hellz no. These joints look straight out of 1997. I refuse to believe it. nope, can't make me.
