@Rickey @rockers I mention the voice ratings because you always highlight their #1 spot in the ratings. You invite the comparison and Trey made an entirely valid point about reality shows being on a downward trend of ratings.
They are fine? then why does every time you post about ratings, you mention how every single episode of Idol/Dwts/TheVoice has come down in ratings from the last season, or the last year, etc etc.
Trey made a very simple point. Reality competitions are on a slide. According to your own articles and posts about ratings in comparison to their past seasons, he is absolutely correct.

Its not JUST about each specific show's decline in ratings. Whether people keep talking about idol's tanking ratings, or this show's, it really is just REALITY shows in general. The Voice may be number 1 but it still isn't pulling in as high numbers as last season. Changing the formula to your show won't necessarily bring in viewers. Like you said, those days are long gone.

@Trey_ @Mikhail XO hey trey, just wanna say even if I don't like Chris Brown as a person, I admire you for sticking to your guns, and as you said, DOING. your job objectively. People have the choice of what to click or not click, listen or not listen to. It sucks that you're being bullied and told how to do your job by someone else.
you're promoting the idol tour and giving away tickets after essentially bashing this season and making pointed comments about its low ratings? hypocrisy no?

Idol Cookie, you're like the boy who cried wolf. Substance lacks in your responses. you just shout TROLL TROLL, and don't bother to address any points that I've brought up or pointed out with regards to your TROLL TROLL accusations. At least Mikhail showed some sort of educative response in his answer. yours are merely hateful accusations that don't provide any substantive supportive basis. but by all means, continue shouting down the empty hallway to be heard.
@Idol cookie @rockers @NickRoman1 it's pretty disgusting that giving an opinion here is deemed as trolling, and also that you've completely taken away the compliment paid to this writer to fulfill your own agenda. You made something positive about him turn into an attention seeking moment for you. If you wanted to call me a troll you could have done that separately, instead of trying to alter the intentions of MY words. Its extremely ignorant and downright stupid. I'm sorry to nick. I couldn't just let him go thinking he was right about what I was saying. Getting along can only happen when someone isn't being provoked and prodded.
@tonytank7777 i'm not a fan of conspiracy theories, I think if they were trying to rig it, they would have made fifth harmony win it as they are Simon's group and also the "underdogs". It makes for more gripping television. The fact that Tate won makes the votes seem legit, unfortunately.

I meant every word I said when i complemented the writer of these recaps, and don't try to make it about you or me. it's kinda pathetic how you can take someone's compliment of another and undermine the intentions behind it. Nick Roman, I meant every word of what I said.
Nick Roman, you rock! your summaries are always written with such verve and wit, and yet you never put down any of the contestants in order to promote the one you support. Your superior level of writing ability is evident, and I really have enjoyed your well balanced reviews this season, and look forward to more! I hope you continue as a permanent recapper!
I never understand why some ppl feel the need to put down or bash other contestants just to boost their own up. It's entirely possibly to support someone without belittling another . It's pretty pathetic
Carly outsang Leanne Rhimes, how embarassing. its pretty much unanimous all over the x factor discussion board, the imdb discussion boards, and even on youtube videos. seems like only rickey and a few select readers here consistently bash carly to undermine her talents. SHINE CARLY!
@Mikhail XO @rockers nah, seems like a vocal few to me. at least in direct comparison to the number of positive votes she's receiving on here. you can't acknowledge that she's "leading in th epoll by a wide margin...has a lot of fans here", then say that its more than a "few", like yourself, who dislike her. logic does not work that way unfortunately.
@BenSwanson she is well liked! just happens to be the vocal few who repeatedly voice their distaste for her, as opposed to the quiet majority who support her.
