@johnconnor777 Just got back from seeing it with my sons. We did the IMAX 3D experience. Wow! My head is still spinning. I enjoyed it like I used to enjoy thrill rides at the amusement park. Lots of pure adrenaline and eye popping special effects. But I am like you johnconnor777 in that I am not quite sure that this is truly star trek as we knew it. There was a little more of a cerebral element to star trek of old and that is missing in this movie. However, I am glad they made it and I enjoy it regardless. The nice thing is we have the old movies and old show to watch as well as this new souped up version. Its all good.

I was really impressed with JLo's performance last night. Yes it was crapola music but she sure is in shape for a woman of 43. She kicks butt.

That song of hers royally sucks and they made such a big production of it last night. What gives?! Kacey Mulgraves followed her and we all saw real talent. Same with the Band Perry following Selena. Each time the country act kicked ass. I am not a country fan per se but many of those country performers are just better right now.

That white long dress with all the cut outs and the day glo accents might be the best thing I have ever seen her in. It is perfect for her figure and her age and her skin tone. She looks ball drainingly gorgeous and sexy. This is what VJ and Ariana fail to do. Bring the sexy.
