@Facsimile you really took your time to type that??? Your cool.
Ichiro rocking Carmines and a pricey Tom and Jerry IceBerg History Sweater. Some of you young cats don't know about that Berg. LOL 90's were great times. No hype, no lines, no resellers just pure love.
The 17's came in the metal box not the 16's. When these dropped they were in the box with MJ's face on it.
These are rubber and leather my dude. Collecting kicks is some new fangled non-sense. I'm 31 and have always loved sneakers. It's not about collecting or being hard to get because the shoes you so cherish ie. (Bred XI's) were GR releases not once but twice. So making more shoes in this consumer climate may be a good idea. As for the violence thats something we can control. The companies would get the picture if we stopped buying them. 160-225 dollar kicks are ridiculous and is taking advantage of the die hard consumer along with the wanna-be's. Some who can't afford them may turn to crime to acquire the shoes. We all know Nike and Jordan aren't doing much about it so that leaves it up to us to make some changes. God forbid someone who comments on this page may be a victim and in my eyes that is not expectable . Like I said rubber and leather are not equivalent to flesh and bone, but as long as people are willing to line up, camp out and in some cases kill for their shoes the companies will carry on business as usual. We need to do something, its truly in our hands.
