IF you are interested in the facts please use this link and go to the USA Today article.  Nobody tested for synthetics in 2010, NOBODY. Period. No SEC school, NO Big Ten etc etc etc.

http://www.thebiglead.com/index.php/2013/04/04/espns-auburn-synthetic-reefer-madness-report-has-some-major-flaws/  Auburn actually was working to develop a test for synthetics, which did not exist in 2010.  In fact, a reliable test was not adopted by Auburn or the NCAA until October 2011.

I'm a college professor.  The AAU angle is Greatly exaggerated.  The Truth is that every school in that conference, with the exception of Northwestern, would much rather have another 5 million/yr than any manufactured air of academic superiority resulting from AAU purity in its membership.

I cannot help but wonder how many people in Arkansas will call their new coach "Coach Bolemia" for years to come.  That could be hard to stomach.  LOL

If you really knew anything about Malzahn's offense, you would know that he does not run a traditional spread offense.  His offense is a run-first offense. In 2009 at Auburn, Ben Tate rushed for nearly 1400 yards, other backs added to that with another 900 yards rushing, not including QB rushing plays.  In 2010, the AU team rushed for over 2000 yards outside of Cam's rushing numbers.  Michael Dyer accrounted for nearly 1100 or those rushing yards. As for QB play, Schott Loeffler did nothing to help Keihl Frazier.  Frazier will look like a different kid next year/

Your sources either know NOTHING of what you supposedly say they know or you are a liar.  Any violations involving Memphis ARE secondary if the even exist at all. YOU could report factual info and not be a a Joe Schadd want to be flame thrower as you are.

I used to think this site was informational.  After reading your take on the SEC coaching searches its obvious that you read the same newspapers as the rest of us and simply add a few guesses along with throwing a dart or two in order to write this column.  The Auburn job is far more desirable than the Arky job as a result of many variables, not the least of which are financial resources, facilities, geographical recruiting base, and rich tradition.  There are no pending NCAA penalties.  For God's sake, there hasn't even been a LOI sent to Auburn involving anything.  Not long ago you guys were reporting on the doom and gloom forthcoming with the "bagman" and Cam Newton's Dad.  The NCAA interviewed close to 100 people and searched for 9 months through financial records and found that entire story to have been nothing but fantasy.  You all want to play go fish again i see/.
