That kind of talk almost guarantees a ass whipping every time. I bet Richt just lit up light a Christmas tree after hearing that braggado....makes his coaching alot easier for that game.
Unfortunately, Tn is like other states in that we have morons in ALL forms. Including the media.
I too enjoy Spurriers jabs and wit....Pennington needs to lighten up and not take himself so seriously.....life is short and as Barbara Dooley's little boy use to say...."don't sweat the mouse shet"....

Not really a big deal....as John says, "its just recruiting". If anything, it might offer the young man plenty of incentive to stay on the straight and narrow and provide some self esteem. Sounds like a win-win if handled with reason.

Junior was terrific in that video....he can't sing worth a heck but he sure can bend them strangs. I think his singing is a mystic attraction.

I sure hope Sunseri gets a job anywhere.....it would help lighten the buyout payroll....so far that would make it Chaney, Pittman, Sunseri, and Hinshaw....now..if Dooley would just get a guilt syndrome for ripping the university off.....
It is all speculative at this point, but I also think that TN made the best hire after viewing the Jones presser....I think AR and TN made the better hires and I have a feeling that it will work out well for the Vols finally.
I for one am grateful that we are where we are at....the Strong hire was a disaster avoided....I was sick yesterday morning when it was being reported that Strong was a done deal. Put Gundy down as a loose cannon....I feel like Fedora or Del Rio would be a good choice....time will tell, but I thank our lucky stars that Strong was avoided. He is where he needs to be and I wish him the best.
