If it doesn't have a stylus you shouldn't be making a phablet. (My opinion.)

I've dropped my Nexus 4 at least ten times without the bumper case from as high as my chest (I'm 6 feet tall) and the screen has not cracked (with the screen protector on) but whenever I drop it I always feel so worried because of it's shiny glass front and back; a great screen protector is all you really need to protect your device, I need to switch mine out since it has so many scratches. (Waiting for Rhino Shield front and back screen protector to arrive)

@fredphoesh When he said Spotify is free that applies to the initial download of the application; however, you're right that it's 10 per month for mobile usage. Google Play Music All Access is a horrible name but I'll let it slide since it has such a large number of songs at the time of its launch and for a discounted rate of 7.99 (excluding taxes) until June 30th. Although the interface could use a bit more work.

I'd like it if Google allowed their cached music to be showed in PowerAMP or any other music player. I'm surprised n7 player, GoneMAD, or even Now Playing music players weren't added.

Maybe a five inch version, a 5.5" version without a stylus is just a big phone and that's not interesting nor will it be useful enough unless you happen to have large hands. That and it needs to have HSPA+42 along with LTE running on T-Mobile. :D

I suppose if they launch it globally and to all US carriers while differentiating it from the One, it could work out. Otherwise HTC really is going against their promise and will cannibalize their sales..

@MatteoRodrigo Basically you have two options, both of which will be contractless meaning no cancellation fees. Option 1: place a down payment on the device, then you'll pay the monthly rate you would normally pay for talk, text, and data but with the EIP of the device on top of the monthly rate. (Lets say unlimited talk, text, and truly unlimited data, that would be $70/month, the EIP will range from $5-30 additionally per month for twenty months in order to pay off the full retail price of the device) Option 2: pay the full retail price of the device and pay your monthly rate of talk, text, and data. In regards to whether or not it'll be unlocked, most likely it will since you'll be paying the retail price of the device.

It sounds really great, but only time will tell how beneficial it is if at all. Personally I'd love to do this, this is a great combination of postpaid and prepaid but others will view it differently; how will this affect prepaid customers?

If 80% of customers are on a value plan (as T-Mobile says) then it's a good idea, Value or prepaid is the way to go. Plus, customers undermine value in the first place so this might be a good experience and if not then there are other carriers.
