@BangBangThunder @Joo_seppi He's been a bad influence on every team he's played for. last season he missed his first ever penalty about half way through the season for milan and proceeded to sulk out the rest of the campaign.

@duhsweetness OKC fan & arsenal fan, hence ThunderGunner
@OohWeeItsVelvetHoop I live in England so when one of my friends bought nba 2k9 in 08 i had no real affiliation to any team, OKC were fun with a player who could shoot from almost anywhere and had been founded that year so i decided to watch them.
@D@vid @ThunderGunner Yeah, im definitely hoping for an exciting season, even if we don't win it all, i'd like for us to be challenging right till the end of April
1 month ago on Tuesday Bolts – 7.22.14
@D@vid @ThunderGunner yeah but i think that might be a tactic for the second half if we're losing or tied, like in the FAcup final where he played Sanogo and Giroud together
@D@vid @ThunderGunner I'm not sure whether that would happen, but its a really interesting idea, i think there are too many CM options for Wenger to only start with 2 of them.
@D@vid @ThunderGunner No, im entirely comfortable with the attacking options in the squad but id like to see at least one centreback, two if Vermaelen leaves, and another midfield option.
@D@vid @ThunderGunner http://arsenalyouth.wordpress.com/ I get most of my arsenal youth information from this site but he doesnt usually look at teams younger than the U18s so i know very little about him.
@D@vid @ThunderGunner Ok i'll take your word on that because i've not seen him play, but that doesnt change the fact that i think Zelalem is a better prospect than Campbell
@D@vid @ThunderGunner I've not heard of Lokillo but Zelalem is in Arsenal's first team squad and Chamberlain and Wilshere are both around the England first team while Campbell has never played a game for Arsenal
@D@vid @ThunderGunner Also, i was just wondering if you agreed that Chamberlain and Wilshere, (and Gnabry), were better players under 23 han Campbell
@D@vid @ThunderGunner I'm neither, and just to clarify, i dont think theyre better now, but i think they stand mre chance of being better eventually
@D@vid @ThunderGunner But all of them are 19 or under and i think they stand more of a chance of being eventually solid arsenal players
@D@vid @ThunderGunner Considering both Wilshere and Oxlade-chamberlain are under 23 i think thats a bit of a reach, and i think i said Wenger would leave only if he lost and because he didnt i cant say either way
@D@vid @ThunderGunner Although he played in the world cup i don't think he's world class, Costa Rica got through with a strong defence and a good team effort rather than he quality of their attack
@D@vid @ThunderGunner There are some players who i think have a much better chance, including Akpom, Hayden and Zelalem. But Campbell is already 21 and did have his work permit last year but Wenger didnt keep him around and held onto Ryo instead. I just think that if Wenger saw a lot in him, he'd have given him more of a chance
@D@vid @ThunderGunner I think He's talented and i hope he's given a chance this season but i doubt he'll make it. He seems to be a player who drifts in and out of games and at Arsenal where he doesnt get the same opportunity as in Costa Rica i think he'll find it tough.
I'd like to see him in some of the preseason games as well to get a better idea of the role he could play.
@D@vid @ThunderGunner I think thats what Wenger sees in him too, He's another short but powerful, skillful South American so hopefully he can thrive. Though i dont think people should overreact if he doesnt straght away, we have a fairly easy run to start the season and Ramsey, Ozil, Giroud etc should take some of the strain off him until he can settle in properly.
English football works differently from American sports so Suarez has been sold rather than traded for about £80 million. Instead of trying to replace him though, Liverpool have bought a range of fairly mediocre players in the hope that together they can do a similiar job.
@D@vid it seems that a huge number of big teams are going to America this year after the world cup, i think as well as the Arsenal, ManU, Liverpool, Real madrid are all going
@Bryson @ThunderGunner sounds like more fun than most commentary teams

@Bryson @ThunderGunner rotate the bench guys in and out during games
maybe they signed Huestis to take Grant Long's job, he's a stanford guy so im sure he's pretty well spoken and they moved the 66ers to Oklahoma so he can play in the afternoon and commentate for the Thunder in the evening.

This might have been posted somewhere here before but it made me laugh. You probably need to have seen Game of thrones to get it though.
@Durantacula perkins also does a good job on him normally

@ThunderBelize Totally agree that it was a dirty play but i love how nick just gets up and carries on. so many other players would have milked it with the refs, but thats just not his way.
Great to see Collison and Adams (Bangers and Mash ©), showing their grit and their quality when it mattered most.

I think you could best compare Durant and Westbrook to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. One a thoughtful and quiet but charismatic leader, the other an all-action, quick on the trigger fighter, who are challenged by those outside their group but still end up fighting to the death side by side.

@King of Carrot Flowers the Third please delete this, i dont see the humour and it is offensive
@Prodigy-X @ThunderGunner I guess they might play New York one weekend then London the next and maybe another East coast team the week after. It'd need to be done properly, but im sure the league could come up with a workable system
3 months, 3 weeks ago on Saturday Morning Cartoons: It’s been done before
@Prodigy-X @ThunderGunner Also London is only 5 hours from New York which is shorter than some national flights in the states so travel wouldnt be the biggest issue either
@Prodigy-X @ThunderGunner Theres a massive and relatively untapped market for american sports here so i think the money made off that would overcome travel costs.
@Prodigy-X I think the next place to get a team will be London, the Jacksonville Jaguars are playing games here each of the next few seasons and they've been fairly open in suggesting that an overseas team would be something they'd consider
colllison corner 3 to win it. has to happen
